L'emplacement de lhotel dans une calme mais proche de l'artère principale de Kyoto. Dans la chambre, le petit coin salon et le grand lit avec deux oreillers par personne, un mou et un ferme.
La propreté des lieux.
L'absence de miroir dans la salle de bain...un mystère. Pas de lumière suffisante pour se.voir dans le miroir du petit couloir, galère pour se maquiller.
L'absence de penderie et d'armoire. C'est ok pour une nuit mais au delà c'est le bazar dans la chambre.
Aucune luminosité dans la chambre, la fenêtre en hauteur n'offre que très peu de lumière naturelle. Il faut allumer la lumière même quand il y a grand soleil dehors.
Pas de "japenese vibe " dans la chambre, aménagée à l'européenne. Quelle déception.
Pas de.jardin pour se détendre ou de terrsse commune.

Great location, the room itself had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Clean, modern, great shower, washing machine, close to a Family Mart. Absolutely zero complaints from us.
Staff was very responsive: they brought extra padding for my pregnant daughter's futon, helped us make a dinner reservation, and a ordered taxi for us when we checked out. Also, someone was there to let us in when we arrived, even though we had received self check-in instructions due to our arrival after 9:00 p.m.
We liked being on a quiet street but not far from a busier area with shops and restaurants. (There were several restaurants even closer.) The subway station was not far either.
The bathroom facilities were modern and nice. Plenty of towels.
The lighting in our unit was odd. The lights serving the dining area and bedroom area were controlled by the same switch, so you had to have both on or both off. We didn't use the cooktop but it was in a dark corner and seemed like it would be difficult to see while cooking. This is a minor quibble but if you are trying to apply makeup, it is difficult due to the downlighting above the bathroom sink and above the full-length mirror.
Alles war wirklich wunderbar ! Das Personal überaus freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Lage war einfach nur perfekt, ruhig und doch alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war traumhaft, wunderschön und sauber, wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen :)!
The property was Modern and well located. It was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location, a laundromat close by in walking distance.
For some reason there was music playing in the public section on 1st floor for all day and night non-stop, I got waken up by it every night.

Location is a bit fair from Kyoto station but near other tourist locations. Upper floor but pain with luggage otherwise pretty good

La verdad que no puedo poner pegas, quizá el tipo de cama que tiene la base de madera y no hay mucho espacio y algñun golpe en la espinilla nos llevamos...

No es un hotel, es una casa de huéspedes. No tiene ningún servicio de hotel, en recepción nunca hay nadie, de hecho llegaron huéspedes nuevos y como nadie les abria nos estuvieron hablando por la ventana. Nos dieron la habitación de la planta de la entrada justo pegada al mostrador y a las escaleras, se escuchaba absolutamente todo. La luz de la recepción esta 24h encendida y entra completamente por la habitación
