Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Leider war unser Aufenthalt von einem sehr ernsten Vorfall überschattet.

Meine 9-jährige Tochter schnitt sich im Pool an Glasscherben den Fuß auf. Es ist erschreckend, dass sich überhaupt Scherben im Poolbereich befanden. Noch enttäuschender war jedoch die Reaktion des Hotels. Als wir an der Rezeption um Hilfe und einen Arzt baten, wurden zunächst andere Gäste bedient.

Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ein Arzt gerufen worden sei. Wir warteten daraufhin etwa zwei Stunden, doch niemand kam. Als ich erneut nachfragte und zumindest Desinfektionsmittel verlangte, wurde ich zu einem Erste-Hilfe-Kasten geschickt, der kaum brauchbares Material enthielt.

Später erfuhren wir, dass der Arzt wieder abbestellt worden war, ohne uns darüber zu informieren. Dass die Verletzung eines Kindes nicht ernst genommen wurde, hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

So etwas darf in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht passieren. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Hôtel parfait nous avons passé une semaine entre copine et tt était parfait.
Pros:

Chambre propre personnel accueillant et une hôtesse qui parle français . Petit déjeuner varié Proximité pour tous : plage à 35 min à pied, centre commercial à proximité et restau fast food tt est proche . Est le bus qui vous amène à Barcelone face à l’hôtel. C’est plus un hôtel d’affaire mais il a fait le taf et deux grandes piscine magnifique.

Disappointing. Only recommended for one pass-by night

Room furniture below minimalism: just grey walls and the bed makes the feeling to be in a box (even tough room size is not small).
Room a/c very loud.
Nice lobby with a big library, could be nice to seat there and read, except for cold a/c temperature which makes you feel inside a fridge.
Breakfast is poor and frugal, not worth the price

Odamız gayet güzeldi. Barcelona’ya giden trene 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde tren 28 dakika civarı sürüyor.Yakınında alışveriş merkezi bulunuyor
