This is a great location, you're literally directly at the beach.

Cons:

To make a long story short, the room doesn't look anything like what's in the picture of the room posted on booking. Expect mold, sand, cockroaches and very old pillows on your bed.

Nice and enjoyable.
Pros:

Although the unit is located inside a compound, the place isn't hard to find. Just outside the compound are beach front bars.

Cons:

The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust. The washbasin and shower head looks like they need to be replaced.

Very disappointed, will never come back. Red Doorz are not reliable partner of Monaliza Hotel. Waste of time and money.

Cons:

Room is Not infront of the beach. If they only responded to our request we can pay to upgrade. The bathroom shower valve has white mold soft and hard. The shower valve is clog n no water coming out. The shower area and lavatory drainage are all clogged. If one take a shower it will be flooded. The next one should wait 1 hour or so to let water subside or will flood the room. The aircon is not so cold. The electric fan is very very dirty with dirt n cob webs. The place is Red Doorz suppose to be spotless in cleanliness but once we entered 3 cockroach was dead on confort room. We keep asking for internet password and staffs are either not knowing, giving wrong password and asking us to wait for next available staff. We were able to get the password on our 3rd day of stay. The staffs handling the tables n bean bags infront of Monaliza hotel are rude n uncaring.

Will return naman. will just make sure na ok ang aircon na kukunin naming room.

near beach, quiet dun sa part ng room namin. not the front room.

mahina ang aircon.
ang fan hindi nalinis kaya mahina. we had to remove pa ung cover para lumakas. buti may dala kami extra clip fan kasi mainit talaga.

Pros:

I like that it is close to the beach and that there is a healthy salad and ramen place within the resort.

Cons:

It is sooo dirty. They don't clean the common bathroom everyday. It smells like cockroach and there are cockroaches that came out. There is also dust everywhere, and bird poop on front of the door that they did not bother to clean or remove.
