Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 5 Min dalla bellissima spiaggia, bella struttura, tenuta bene anche se un po' datata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,belle piscine, ottimo l'all inclusive, suggerirei però piu semplicità nella cucina e piatti piu genuini. Noi italiani preferiamo così...

Es war sehr sauber und überall hat es angenehm gerochen ☺️

Cons:

Die Getränke Beschilderung beim Buffet für die allinclusive Getränke. Da wäre es eventuell für den einen oder anderen verständlicher, wenn man drauf schreibt: Free for allinclusive. Oder so was in der Art ☺️

Para o que se pagou esta ok
Pros:

O hotel é bonito

Cons:

- falta de wifi praticamente por todo o hotel , o próprio hotel tem a percepção disso , mas nada faz para melhorar a estadia .

-as portas da casa de banho não tem privacidade nenhuma , basicamente , ter a porta da casa de banho fechada ou aberta é igual .

-estivemos 6 dias e em nenhum momento nos mudaram a roupa da cama .

-comida deixa muito a desejar , tem variedade, mas não tem qualidade , pouco sabor .

Понравился только пляж. Он действительно очень красивый. Идти 10 минут

Cons:

Не понравилось, что в номере не было Wi-Fi!!! И никто об этом не предупредил, мобильная связь тоже слабая. Завтраки не понравились, было от них тошно. Обед / ужин нормальные, но еда жирная. Некоторый персонал недружелюбный.

Hotel familiar, con jaleo y animación pero bien ubicado y buena comida.
Pros:

La comida del buffet estaba buena para el tipo de hotel que es.
Está muy cerca de la playa.

Cons:

Algunos trabajadores de recepción, no estaban receptivos, la habitación estaba lejos de la recepción, nos llevaron en un cochecito que el maletero conducía como si fuera un rally, cuando llegamos mareaos, las llaves que nos dieron no funcionaban porque no las habían activado, cuando entramos a la habitación en la tercera cama, no había ni almohadas ni edredón, lo solicitamos por teléfono, pero no lo llevaron y tuvimos que ir personalmente a recepción a pedirlo de nuevo.
Algunos camareros tampoco tenían mucha idea y no se paran a atenderte.

Me encanto el hotel, el personal es maravilloso, la comida del buffet es variada, un día había mero, otro gambas, la experiencia del Cuscus excepcional, la calidad es buena y es muy variado. El todo incluido merece mucho la pena.

Cons:

Los colchones.... me levantaba con un dolor de espalda tremendo, en mi vida habia dormido tan mal en un colchón.

No cumple con las expectativas de un 4****
Pros:

El trato del personal fue excelente, muy amables y los monitores de animación trasmitían mucha energía y entusiasmo. La comida del buffet estaba correcta,cumplia, con opciones suficientes donde elegir.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en general, tienen un trabajo enorme de mantenimiento pendiente de realizar, juntas del baño, azulejos estallados, suciedad en las escaleras comunes, algo de moho en los azulejos de la piscina, grietas, humedades en el techo del comedor, puertas pidiendo a gritos un barnizado,la wifi no llegaba al complejo número 9, el suelo de los ascensores totalmente manchados...no se siente un hotel de 4****.

En general todo muy bien. La comida muy bien y el personal muy amable

Cons:

No había mucha cobertura y la wifi solo funcionaba en el edificio principal. Nos cambiaron de habitación para darnos respuesta a esto y nos pusieron en una que tenía un poco de cobertura. La tele no se veían los canales.
