Pros:

The hotel is located outside of the main area of Morro Jable which was an advantage (as it was not that crowded) as a disadvantage as well (if you mind walking 30 min after a big dinner you have to take a taxi or your own car;). We mostly liked that is not a massive hotel building but a few of smaller blocks surrounded by plants and palms. Highest appreciation for special tiny houses for other residents - not so stray cats! The room was spacious and the breakfast was really good - pretty much everything you can imagine to have for breakfast wast there:) There is an independent exit/entry from the beach side so it’s easier to leave the hotel this way if you have a room in one of the "lower" blocks assigned.

Cons:

The bathroom might need some renovation work, as it looked pretty old and worn (but clean nonetheless). I had lots of doubts before coming there as no one responded to my messages sent through booking.com channels, so my questions remained unanswered up to the check in - I think such a huge hotel, a part of Barceló chain apparently, could pay more attention to it to make clients feel safer about their reservation. Our cards stopped working midstay but the problem was quickly solved, although that required a trip to the main building. Apart from that - all was good during our short stay.

L'hôtel nous a tellement plu que nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce complexe hôtelier, original, il est idéalement situé, la plage est toute proche.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif, c'est que nous avions des lits horribles, de mauvais matelas inconfortables ; nous avons souffert pendant toutes nos vacances((

Rent og pent. Fin havutsikt. Veldig fint uteområde.

Cons:

Matsalen var veldig stor, noe som gjorde at det ble veldig mye støy..
Det var ikke Wifi.

Cons:

Wir hatten keine Verpflegung, nur Frühstück.
Das Frühstück war miserabel, auf keinen Fall 4*. Jede Kantine hat mehr Atmosphäre. Auch die Qualität war Jugendherberge.

Séjour agréable mais il y avait trop de vent
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, juste une route avec un passage souterrain à passer pour accéder à la plage. Les buffets pour les repas sont bien variés, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Possibilité de manger en terrasse au restaurant avec vue sur mer.

Cons:

Au niveau du buffet des desserts : toujours la même variété midi et soir : des génoises, glaces, mousses mises en vrac. L'hôtel nécessite une rénovation constatée dans notre chambre

Pros:

Je recommande volontiers. Les beaux parterres de fleurs et cactus autour des chambres, les 2 piscines impeccables, les voiturettes pour déposer les bagages et touristes près de leurs chambres. Plats du restaurant principal variés et savoureux, meilleurs que dans l'hôtel Occidental voisin. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Un grand merci à Mayuri soucieuse de bien nettoyer les chambres, avec bonne humeur et extrême courtoisie.

Cons:

De nombreux fumeurs sur le Patio canario, assis parmi les non fumeurs désireux de profiter de la belle vue sur Océan et plage, naturellement = SANS fumée de cigarettes. Merci de penser aussi au confort (et à la santé) des non fumeurs. Un logo non fumeurs à cet endroit serait le bienvenu.

Recomand spa-ul,am petrecut 2 zile extraordinare la spa,fetele de acolo vorbesc fluent mai multe limbi si sunt atente la toate cerințele noastre! Anul acesta am vazut îmbunătăți la lobby si restaurant! Din păcate nu am avut semnal la telefon si nici internet in toate clădirile!

Resort autosufficiente, anche con negozi e supermercato proprio sotto,ma lontano da centri abitati.
