Pros:

Excelente Animación, personal del buffet muy amable, en especial una chica cubana Amanda. Muy buena la habitacion, amplia con buen aire y maravillosas vistas. Snack bar fabuloso.

Cons:

Que el buffet haya tenido poca variedad de carnes, todos los días pescado y un poco más de otras carnes. Aunque bien elaboradas.

Un hotel para disfrutar!
Pros:

El personal de recepción que nos atendió, nos buscó habitaciones cerca para personas mayores que teníamos y eso fue un gesto excelente!!. Las piscinas espectaculares, animación de 10. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con vistas impresionantes. El personal del buffet es muy atento y amable, en especial Amanda, la chica cubana de la entrada!. Parking fácil. Ya habíamos estado antes y en verdad nunca nos ha decepcionado. Sin dudas repetiremos otra vez!

Está vez notamos la comida con menos variedad y un tanto repetitiva.

Najgorszy urlop w życiu. Hotel zniszczony, brudny i z fatalnym jedzeniem. Omijać z daleka!

Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel każdemu, kto liczy na udane wakacje i standard 4 gwiazdek. To, co zastaliśmy na miejscu, to kompletne nieporozumienie i absolutny syf. Booking.com i biura podróży powinny wycofać ten obiekt ze swojej oferty.

POKOJE I CZYSTOŚĆ:
Pokój dostaliśmy w opłakanym stanie. Meble są stare, obdrapane i zniszczone. W łazience powitał nas wszechobecny grzyb na fugach, niedomyte kafelki i rdzewiejąca armatura. Klimatyzacja ledwo działała, a z odpływów wydobywał się potworny smród szamba.

JEDZENIE I RESTAURACJA:
Jedzenie to największy dramat tego hotelu. Codziennie serwowane jest dokładnie to samo, bez smaku, zimne i najniższej jakości. Parówki z najtańszego marketu, twarde mięsa, a ryby śmierdzące i niedosmażone. Na restauracji panuje totalny chaos – brakuje czystych talerzy, sztućców i szklanek. Stoły lepią się od brudu, a obsługa nie nadąża ze sprzątaniem po poprzednich gościach. Kolejki po cokolwiek do jedzenia są gigantyczne. Drinki w plastiku, rozwodnione i robione z najgorszych lokalnych zamienników.

OBSŁUGA I RESTRYKCJE:
Obsługa w recepcji i barach jest skrajnie nieuprzejma, wiecznie niezadowolona i pracuje tam jak za karę. Ignorują zgłaszane usterki. Hotel nastawiony jest wyłącznie na wyciąganie dodatkowych pieniędzy. Za wszystko trzeba dopłacać: sejf w pokoju płatny, wymiana ręczników basenowych płatna, a na dodatek bezczelny podział na opaski (goście z tańszymi opaskami są traktowani jak ludzie drugiej kategorii i mają zakaz wstępu do lepszych stref czy barów).

INFRASTRUKTURA I LOKALIZACJA:
Baseny są zaniedbane, a woda w nich była lodowata – nie dało się kapać. Leżaki przy basenie brudne i trzeba je rezerwować o 6 rano, bo jest ich za mało. Hotel jest gigantycznym molem położonym na stromym wzgórzu. Droga na plażę to udręka – w pełnym słońcu trzeba schodzić (a potem wracać pod górę) schodami , windy które bez przerwy się psują. Osoby starsze lub rodziny z wózkami mają tam piekło.

La ubicación y que es muy tranquilo.

Cons:

El trato en el check out fue muy poco cordial. También se ve algo antiguo, la piscina está sucia y con azulejos caídos. Las habitaciones sin ningún tipo de amenities, algo raro para un hotel de 4 estrellas...
