Location and friendly staff
Lovely room with fridge and coffee machine
Noise from aircon heater all night even thou power turned off, staff very helpful and changed rooms but only after first night as hotel full. Second night much better.
Stayed here several times never had a problem before would stay again and recommend.
The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great for attending the concert nearby. I also liked that the hotel was dog friendly, which gave it a welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately there was no hot water during my stay, which after returning late both evenings was extremely disappointing. The first night, as I had been out all day and arrived back late, I assumed it would simply be resolved by the following evening. Unfortunately the same issue happened again the next night.
I understand the hotel’s point that I could have gone down to reception, however both nights I returned very late and I do feel hot water is a basic essential in any hotel stay and not something guests should have to chase up themselves. A partial refund was also mentioned during the complaint process, however this was never followed up on afterwards, which added to the disappointment.

Nothing it was all great
The staff are outstanding, the food is good and the rooms are to a high quality. Bed is very comfy. Free parking is really good too, plenty of spaces and has EV charging. Role come with free water and milk in the mini fridge.

I thought it was immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed. You can tell the management care about hospitality and take it seriously.
The pub menu was amazing as well. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful , and the housekeeping staff do a really good job and take pride in their work.
I really liked the location for riverside restaurants and also Hampton Court Palace is a short bus shuttle away.

Only downside during our visit was there was not full menu options. Unfortunately they had issues with certain cooking facilities and were awaiting manufacturer visit. Still plenty of options however for a two night stay.

Perfekte Lage, tolle historische Architektur, schöner Biergarten, sehr gute Bett, ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten, super geschlossener Parkplatz und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Rooms so called King size bed was very small the bathroom tiny two days before I stay, I asked on Booking.com for an upgrade and when we queried the room we were in we were told all their rooms are deluxe and the upgrade is to superior when I checked on Booking.com superior rooms were available for that night for the price we had paid £138. There was no manager in the pub that evening until 10 pm and he refused to assist when the room of the type of which we had paid for was available a disgusting attitude. It’s spoiled the stay.
Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. They really made my stay special.
