Vorrei essere un 5 stelle ma non ci riesco...
Pros:

1° struttura con piscina, piccola ma funzionale con una bagnina molto gentile, disponibile e professionale
2° metro di Cartagena (metro n. 7 in 20 minuti sei in centro) a 2 minuti a piedi
3° struttura con piani ideati da grandi architetti che con un design particolare, hanno reso ogni piano e ogni piccola hall un'opera d'arte.
4° ultimo piano con ristorante panoramico
5° prezzo competitivo anche se senza colazione
6°presenza di un ristorante interno in caso di necessità
7° frigobar (vuoto), cassaforte, phon grande

Cons:

L'hotel si propone come un 5 stelle ma purtroppo non lo è. La camera per quanto di design non è per niente funzionale. Prese sotto i comodini e poche rispetto alle necessità. Le luci di difficile uso, o tutte accese o tutte spente. La notte problematico andare persino in bagno. Il bagno grande ma con una vetrata che andava a coprire il water per cui se uno andava a sedersi e l'altro distrattamente andava in doccia, a quello sul water andava sulle gambe il vetro della doccia. Cambio lenzuola in un 5 stelle giornaliero, mai effettuato, credo ci abbiano cambiato le federe dei cuscini, in 6 notti forse due volte. Acqua in camera presente ma non sempre e nella hall la dovevi chiedere. I prodotti di cortesia sempre riposizionati ma ho dovuto chiedere le ciabatte e un set da cucito (ho scucito i pantaloni) , insomma in un 5 stelle non puoi chiedere in continuazione perché fa sentire a disagio. Non erano presenti gli accappatoi e gli asciugamani rimessi sempre per 2 persone e noi eravamo in 3. Nota di demerito al ristorante. Eravamo presenti la notte della finale del mondiale e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile prenotare. La manager Carolina dice con tono "picato" che se prenota per noi deve prenotare per tutti e ci liquida così. Noi naturalmente non diciamo nulla e decidiamo il giorno dopo di andare in piscina. Mio marito entra per prendere dei gelati e vede sui tavoli la scritta "reservado" a quel punto chiede se è possibile quindi prenotare. La manager molto gentilmente e perdendo la "picatezza" del giorno prima, dice che erano prenotati da tempo e ci riserva un tavolo talmente lontani dal televisore che dopo aver cenato decidiamo di salire in camera e di guardarla nella nostra TV.
