This hotel is definitely a case of style over substance!
Pros:

The room, which was one of the Zaha Hadid rooms, was very stylish, and the all white decor and curved walls made it feel very tranquil and almost zen-like.

Cons:

There were two issues with the room..firstly the carpet had some very unpleasant stains which made you uncomfortable walking around in bare feet. Is this because Spanish hotels normally have tiled floors and they are not sure how to keep carpets clean? Secondly, we could not get the overhead shower jet to work, only the hand held jet. We informed reception but nothing was done, and then we told housekeeping when we left and the housekeeper couldn’t get it to work properly either.
The breakfast was also very disappointing for a five star hotel. We have had better breakfasts in four and even three start establishments. It was a buffet style, whereas we would expect waiter/waitress service in a five star hotel, and the eggs and bacon were cold and stale. There were also no jugs for milk to go with tea. Definitely not up to a five star standard.

È vecchia, non è 5 stelle.
250€/notte e hanno chiesto pure un deposito per 2 notti. Mai successo. Nella camera c era solo: shampoo, 2 acque e asciugacapelli. Divano macchiato era terribile. Hotel è vecchio. Le foto illudono.

Pros:

Pokój był NIESAMOWITY! Spaliśmy w białym apartamencie zaprojektowanym przez Zahe Hadid. Już od samego wyjścia z windy wrażenie jest niesamowite. Pokój jest (dosłownie) KOSMICZNY! Naprawde unikatowe doświadczenie.
