Attratto dal design ricercato, non ci tornerei visto che non lo valorizzano.
Pros:

La colazione è ottima, da complimenti allo chef (cosa che abbiamo fatto), abbondante, preparata con cura, prodotti di qualità e ben disposta. La struttura è originale grazie alla mano di diversi architetti per ogni piano. I valletti sono molto cordiali. Essendo un edificio alto in posizione elevata può offrire buone viste della città.

Cons:

Il personale della receprtion è eccessivamente freddo. L'albergo dovrebbe offrire l'opzione di scelta del piano vista la peculiarità dei diversi design. Ho chiesto una buona vista nella prenotazione e mi è stato dato un terzo piano posteriore, non molto attenti alle richieste direi.
Frigobar vuoto ma comunque cauzione di 50 Euro al giorno, per altri servizi. Mi pare inutilmente scortese e risolvibile diversamente oltre che offensivo nei confronti delle persone per bene.
Il piano Chipperfield è elegante ma piuttosto austero.
La porta girevole d'ingresso era rotta all'arrivo al sabato e tale è rimasta fino a lunedì. Non un bel segno.
