Everything else.. especially the cleanness.. I was surprised how come this hotel got 5 stars😑
La cama redonda el estilo de la habitación y el bañó con puertas de cristal y enfrente un espejo.
Hotel de 5 estrellas con buenas instalaciones, y con un diseño peculiar, que puede gustar o no, pero wue resulta interesante. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Ofrece desayuno (30€/persona)y restauración, incluido un local con terraza con vistas. En nuestro caso no utilizamos esos servicios asi que no puedo opinar..
Esta en una zona de Madrid que no es supercéntrica, pero que a nosotros nos venía muy bien. En todo caso está muy bien comunicado por metro.
Hotel veramente strepitoso, utilizzato per una sola notte, e non ho potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi, ma la camera era bellissima, ampia con una vetrata grande come la camera con vista di Madrid superaccessoriata.
Ogni piano è stato disegnato da un architetto diverso. Personale molto competente e cordiale.
The hotel is very nice, clean, and conveniently located near the Cartagena and Avenida de América metro stations. The staff is extremely friendly, and the rooms stand out with their unique and stylish designs.

O design do hotel é absolutamente fabuloso. Ficar aqui hospedados é como uma imersão de arte contemporânea. Cada andar é diferente e mágico.
A localização não é muito central. O custo do pequeno-almoço é excessivo (€30/pessoa, €12/criança)
De 5* tiene muy muy poco
El personal tan agradable y su atención.
Las instalaciones son increíbles y de diseños fascinantes, sin quitarle confort.
La cama de matrimonio era enorme y súper cómoda.
La limpieza, impoluta.
También me pareció importante la insonorización de la habitación

Si tuviera que ponerle una pega, sería no poder abrir alguna ventana por lo menos de forma abatible. De todas formas, la habitación tenía muy buena ventilación.
En cuanto a la iluminación artificial de la habitación, me pareció incómodo el hecho de no tener interruptores individuales para cada luz, ya que no eran independientes entre sí y si presionabas para encender la luz del baño, se encendía sí o sí la principal de la habitación
