My wife and I had a junior suite. The room was large and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast is varied and truly excellent. All of the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I chose this hotel because they have a very large luggage storage room that I was able to leave my bicycle and other luggage during a few days while we were out of Madrid.
It took the hotel ages to send me the invoice for our stay. The communication was somehow not so good.

Room smell like wet dog or dirty socks, I ordered room service after not eating all day.. Thay say 20 minutes it will be in my room, I called after an hour thay say problems in the kitchen.... Not started even... I expected much more from a presumably 5 stars hotel... Plus 30 euro parking.... For 5 hours.... They have a lot of improvements to do for sure new carpet in the very badly smelling room the worst I ever been in... And I am in at least 80 different hotel rooms every year
