I don't agree with some of these complaints, don't buy a red car and complain that it is red... you can tell by the pictures that it is not a modern hotel, i feel like the original style of the hotel really adds to the character and charm. I knew what I was getting and enjoyed my stay.
I wish the bedside radio still worked
Breakfast was good and the place was clean
Our bed had a hole in the middle… honestly worst night of my life… the hotel should get some renovations done but it was okay

Dirty, smell, light like on horror
The breakfast was good. Coffee, croissants, boiled eggs, yogurt was sufficient. Peaceful environment and the people in the kitchen were very nice.
My experience at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The beds were uncomfortable, and after changing rooms, I still couldn't find a suitable one. For the price they charge, the quality of the hotel is equivalent to that of a hostel.
The night manager's behavior when I checked in was particularly upsetting. When I asked if I could use a charger near his desk to contact people after my partner's accident, he initially refused, claiming it was his charger. It took expressing my frustration before he reluctantly allowed me to use it.
However, amidst the overall negative experience, there was one standout employee with blond hair who was incredibly kind and friendly. Her warmth made a significant difference.
Overall, my stay was marred by uncomfortable beds, poor customer service from most staff members, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend paying more than 50€ per night at this hotel.

It was clean
The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. It was 2 single beds pushed together with a sheet across. The mattress was so old you could feel the springs poking up. The whole hotel is very tired and needs refurbishment. The breakfast was a limited self service, no hot food available, coffee was a disgusting instant.
No tea making facilities in the room and we got charged €2 for drinking a tiny bottle of water in our room. I would struggle to give it a very low 3*

Location is very good and staff are polite
The rooms are run down and beds are old and not comfortable, breakfast is very basic and corridors and common areas are dirty. WiFi did not work in the room
There was nothing that I and my family liked about the hotel. Not worth to be a 4 star hotel 😕
I didn't like anything about the hotel, the pictures online are deceptive, the facility is not clean, dirty and stained carpets, the staff are not professional, changing bedsheets every three days even when the bedsheets were dirty and their attention was brought to it, they still refused to change them until after three days.
The stay was okay for location and commuting
No Internet in the room area and had to go to the lobby area to connect to Internet.
