During our triathlon training camp, we had an excellent stay at the hotel. We truly appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall comfort, which helped us relax and recover after demanding training sessions.

A big compliment goes to the reception staff for their professional and helpful approach. The team was always kind, accommodating, and ready to assist us with anything we needed.

Special thanks also go to the waiter Gabriel, who was attentive, friendly, and always served us with a smile and a positive attitude throughout our stay. His approach greatly contributed to making us feel welcome and comfortable at the hotel, and we would be happy to return in the future.

Thank you for a wonderful stay — we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant atmosphere.

We came as a couple for some cycling - the bike hire and facilities excellent. The outdoor pool for swim training is also excellent which we used a couple of times during our stay. We went all inclusive and the food and service were fantastic. As we came in low season it was perfect for our needs with easy access to the beach, rides up along the coast and inland. I would stay again if able to given the ease of everything and its location.

We’ve just returned home from an incredible stay at VIVA Blue. We travelled as a family of four with two children under 5, and it was the perfect family hotel for us.

The facilities were fantastic, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Everywhere felt spotlessly clean and we constantly saw staff cleaning throughout the day. We requested a quiet room overlooking the nature reserve, and the hotel accommodated this perfectly. Sitting on the balcony each evening watching the sunset behind the mountains was a real highlight of our trip.

Breakfast was included in our stay, we made lunch in our room, and paid for dinner at the buffet restaurant each evening. There was always plenty of choice and the food was consistently good. We also loved the wristband system that allowed us to charge purchases to our room, meaning we didn’t need to carry cash or bank cards around the hotel.
The children especially loved the fantastic playground and bouncy castles, which were conveniently located beside the kids’ slide pool. Although we didn’t use the mini club this time, it looked excellent.

The location was ideal to, just a 5-minute walk to a lovely toddler-friendly beach. Overall, we thought it was absolutely worth the money and we would definitely return

We end up in this hotel after another hotel in the group had a problem with our booking, although not the hotel we booked this hotel full met our expectations, the staff were all friendly, helpful and polite, we had the Royal terrace room which came with a large terrace hot tub and a Bali bed all on a private roof terrace.
The food was excellent in the buffet restaurant and lunch was served at the patio bar and was chosen from a menu and served to the table, the staff in the patio bar and restaurant were very attentive and remembered your drinks order, great service.
The only downside was that some birds had entered the restaurant and could be a bit of a pest.
Overall a great hotel with great staff and service.

It was pleasure to stay in Viva Blue and enjoy all services and possibilities they have.

Gute Lage, mit kurzem Weg zum Strand und Restaurants. Kinderfreundliches Hotel und sehr gut ausgestattet dafür. Pools waren sauber.

Het animatieteam was echt geweldig! Heel veel persoonlijke aandacht en elke dag leuke spelletjes en activiteiten.
Mooi complex en overal zeer vriendelijk personeel! We kregen een kamer aan de achterkant maar konden deze de volgende dag omruilen naar een kamer met zicht op het.zwembad.
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

I thought it was amazing the staff is the best of the best. Especially Cristion and all rest of the entertainment staff. It is perfect for families and I would definitely recommend it. It has lots to do and is suitable for all ages.

I am the kind of traveler who almost never visits the same location twice, let alone the exact same hotel, but this place has completely broken that rule. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Finding a genuinely family-friendly hotel that doesn't sacrifice quality is tough, but this property strikes the perfect balance. It is incredibly welcoming to families, but completely avoids that rowdy or chaotic vibe. It maintains a classy, relaxed, and high-quality atmosphere throughout.

The pools are fantastic. The hotels internal kids playground is nearby but well tucked away and safe! Everything works, everything is switched on as advertised (A/C, pool heating etc.).

• The Food: Absolutely excellent across the board. Every meal was high-quality, varied, and genuinely delicious from start to finish.

• The Staff: Without exaggeration, this is the most helpful and accommodating hotel team I have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their warmth truly elevated the trip. The entertainment staff (lots of them) were fantastic.

• The Grounds: A massive shout-out to the maintenance and gardening crew. You constantly see them quietly working in the background—tidying, pruning, and meticulously grooming the property. Because of their continuous hard work, the entire hotel is kept in absolutely pristine condition.

If there is one tiny area for improvement, it would be the selection at the bar. There is a slight lack of choice when it comes to beers and spirits. The drinks setup feels very much geared toward the all-inclusive crowd, so if you are staying on a different board basis and paying at the bar, they aren't really set up to offer a wider or more extensive menu.

Even with that small point regarding the drinks, if you are looking for a beautifully maintained, genuinely hospitable place for a family getaway that feels like a true upgrade, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Allt var helt perfekt. Från personal till service och hotellet. Speciellt Kamil som hjälpte oss i varje läge. Service i världsklass.

The meals were fabulous with lots of local fish and a huge buffet. Entertainment at night was good for our grandson. The Bubble Magic show and the Flamenco dance show were good for us.

The location is perfect, behind the Main Street and 2 min from the beach. Hotel staff are sooo friendly and helpful. Pools are but cold at this time of the year but the kids are allowed in the spa during the day. Food is great, it’s clean and nice rooms. Staff at lunch restaurant is professional and friendly. Nice to order and get served at table with all inclusive for lunch. Buffet is great and food is good quality. Over all so pleased with this hotel!! Hotel area is child friendly and we had a family room with garden which was perfect for my girls 4 and 7 who could come and go as they wish to playground and pools. Would definitely come back.
