Pros:

The room and service was amazing. Views of the bund, the comfort of the bed. The pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, and lounges were fantastic. The breakfast was also amazing. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

My AC was not working initially but they fixed it very quickly.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit nettem, hilfsbereiten Personal, einem guten " Horizon Club" und dort gediegener Atmosphäre. Die Aussicht war grandios.

Cons:

In der 2 Etage gab es sehr reichlich und gut ausgestattetes Frühstück, aber dort war es für uns zu rummelig.Das grosse Restaurant dort haben wir abends nicht probiert.
