Отель не мог несколько дня ответить на запрос прислать название и адрес на китайском для таксиста. Запрос отправляли заранее, за 3 дня. Ответ получили почти по заселению.

Плохо работает отдел бронирования. Сняли бронь booking.com. Никого не предупредив! Приехали с ребенком в отель, с на ресепшен сказали, что брони нет. Она есть в приложении, все хорошо. Поддержка booking бронь видит. А в отеле говорят- нет брони, до свидания! Сейчас китайский новый год, мест нет и не волнует. После долгих разборок номер нашелся, го дороже, чем в брони.

Спасибо booking.com очень оперативно отреагировали на данную ситуацию, клиентский сервис на высоте, конечно!

Вопрос решили, но было бодряще прям так!

Пока жили в отеле, отключали свет. Тоже был новый опыт.

Pros:

整個飯店的氛圍非常奢華，飯店地點也很好。離11號線陸家嘴地鐵站也算近。
我們是在農曆年入住，整個飯店都佈置的很喜氣，員工也會主動詢問是否需要幫忙。非常適合家庭入住。
酒店高樓層可以直接看到外灘景色，紫金樓跟浦江樓各有優缺點，可以多研究一下

Pros:

Hotel molto bello e lussuoso ma ad un prezzo non eccessivo.
Le stanze ai piani alti, 26° ecc., verso il fiume hanno una vista strepitosa sul Bund, sopratutto la sera.
Colazione luculliana.
Staff molto disponibile, ho avuto sia un early check in alle 12:30 che un late check out alle 13.
Metropolitana a 5 minuti.

Cons:

Solo il wifi lascia a desiderare, ha funzionato a tratti, credo perchè ho cercato di accedere a Google. Lo staff mi ha detto che non dovevo perchè in Cina è ristretto. Col 5G però funzionava. Bah?
