It was an okay stay and nothing was wrong, however it’s a letdown in comparison to the facade of luxury it has put up.
Pros:

The breakfast was very varied so there’s something for everyone. The location is good and very easy to get around by taxi.

Cons:

The hotel has a facade of luxury, with a heavy investment in it looking upscale, however the services provided do not match that standard. I would say it’s on the lower end of what a 4 star hotel service looks like.
The room was small-ish for the price, the shower was a bit rusty and run down and the bed a bit uncomfortable.
The breakfast was vast and varied but the quality of the food was on the lower end.
The staff was nice but didn’t feel particularly welcoming and didn’t particularly care about the level of service being given.
The hotel lobby charges £9.80 for an English breakfast tea which says a lot.
