Excellent position in an old palace
Pros:

Brilliant location . Lovely rooms although old building. Rooms large and comfortable . Bathroom was good with a bath . Good breakfast and lively roof terrace .

Nice hotel, conveniently located for visiting Verona sights and attending the opera
Pros:

Lovely historic hotel in a great location in the beautiful city of Verona. Staff are professional and friendly. Facilities good. The rooftop bar is a special place to enjoy aperitivo

Cons:

Room wasn’t very big considering the price we paid.

Perfection and wonderful staff
Pros:

The whole stay from start to finish was exceptional. We were greeted by the lovely Angela at reception who gave us great advice on choosing a restaurant and even booked one for us La Loggia which is highly recommended. She also remembered it was my birthday and sent a beautiful cake up to the room.We ate in the rooftop restaurant on our first night and were blown away with the service from Nadia, Sara and Guisseppe, Jasmine and Marie Claire, who along with Nadia made the breakfast even more special.

We absolutely adored the rooftop bar and were treated like royalty by all staff, we loved Paulo, Sara and Nicholas, but honestly all staff stand out.

The building is stunning, rooms beautiful and immaculate and well stocked with lovely toiletries. We won’t ever stay. anywhere else in Verona again, can’t wait to return

Elegant old-world stylish hotel but with great service and excellent food
Pros:

Elegant old-world charm but with excellent service, courteous staff and delightful food. Only wish we could have stayed there longer!

Cons:

No fault of the property but the weather was so hot (>37C) that we were unable to experience the delights of the rooftop restaurant and bar.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!
Pros:

If you appreciate AC and need it to get sleep DO NOT STAY HERE. The coldest you can get your room is about 78F at best. They limit how cold you can get your room no matter how low you set your thermostat.

When asking the front desk their solution is a fan.

Pros:

I was very pleased with my stay. Everything was arranged to a high standard: the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were attentive, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent.

The hotel left a very good impression. It is clear that guests are well looked after and that the level of service is consistently high. Everything was excellent, and I would be happy to stay here again.
