部屋からモン・サン・ミシェルが見える対岸の唯一のホテルです。しかし、そこに胡座をかいたホテルの質の低いサービスを我慢しなければなりません。

Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。
モンサンミッシェルが見えるのが良かった。

Cons:

言葉がうまく伝わらなく、スタッフが嫌な表情したのが残念。
部屋からモンサンミッシェルの景色が、木の影響で半分以下しか見えなかった。

Perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect. The restaurant was great.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely hot. 🥵 they asked us to leave the windows open, but there were birds flying around as well as bugs and there are no screens in France on windows-If you go there when the weather is hot, I would not recommend this location.

I wish the hotel is bette r prepared for hot weather like this week.
Pros:

I don’t usually rate bad for any hotel and this is the second time I come here since 2023. The view is spectular but the heat this week was really unexpected. Didn’t think we need AC when we booked but there is no AC anywhere in the hotel (restaurant, lobby). The staffs are working their best to keep the guests comfortable and the only fan in the room is a total joke. The room is in 33F even at night time at 2am and it was just very unpleasant

Cons:

The view was good and the staffs are nice though.

Pros:

部屋からモンサンミッシェルが見えないと思っていましたが、見えました！
夕食付きで予約し、追加料金こそありましたが、地元の子羊を食べることができ大満足でした。

Cons:

客室のベッドが中2階になっており、少し使いにくかったです。

Magnifique malgré l’absence de clim
Pros:

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé , à deux pas du mont saint Michel , parfait pour une belle balade même le soir . Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et très bon.

Cons:

Il faisait 30 degrés et ils n’y avait pas de clim , il faisait très chaud dans la chambre , même le soir c’était lourd . Le relais saint Michel est un des hôtels les plus élevé en terme de prix donc je m’attendais à un minimum d’équipement disponible en cas de fortes chaleur. (Il y avait tout de même un ventilateur mais quand il fait très chaud dans la chambre ça brasse de l’air chaud donc pas très rafraîchissant)

Location was wonderfull, price was high for what you are getting, better value for location from the hotels nearby.
Pros:

The location and the food. The location is great, parking is close by to the landmark and the food in the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The price and the hygine. The price was too expensive. I think going to one of the other hotels that are less then double the price is more worth it. The room was really dirty, there were stains on the floor, mold in the bathroom, the balcony was full of spiderweb and spiders, the chairs and windows were really dorty and the wifi was bad and there was no service.

sehr gute Lage, schönes Zimmer (renoviert) mit Blick auf den St. Michel.

Cons:

Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Teuer.

Great location, but hotel needs improvement
Pros:

Great location - junior suite had an unbelievable view of Mont St Michel.

Cons:

Property very dated - junior suite was shabby, not very clean (stains on carpets), stale smell.
No air-con in the hotel or room - extremely warm.
The lady who served us in the restaurant was very friendly - however, all other staff we encountered weren’t.
Tired to communicate with the property multiple times via booking.com messenger (to arrange dinner reservation) but they never responded, even after follow ups.

Perfect Location but NEEDS TLC !!

The Location.

Cons:

The view of Mount Saint Michel for Most of the rooms is BLOCKED by trees. Needs TLC URGENTLY . Needs a change in decoration starting with the front of the hotel. Dirty carpets on hallways, needs paint, needs clean grout on bathrooms tile. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (container empty). No air conditioning in the rooms. This hotel has the best location but lacks good management. Everything can be done, but nobody is doing it. Start by cutting the trees blocking the view, even if you have to go to court to have permission to do it. Get a new management or sell it to a company willing to do things right.
