Needs a good cleaning
Pros:

The location was very convenient

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly before our check in. There was toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror and the carpets were not vacuumed and countertop in the room had white shavings of paper all over it. There was a black mark on the top of the second bed comforter as well. The pool was dirty as well.

Very inviting decor and very comfortable bed. We were able to park our van and boat in the back.
Pros:

The room was large with a wing back chair and a desk.
It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We arrived very late and checked in after 2 am.
We did not take advantage of the breakfast as we slept in.

Overall a pleasant visit, accommodating staff, and convenient location .
Pros:

Buffet breakfast had a nice variety to choose. Property was clean in the rooms and public areas. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping refused additional tips. Convenient to the highway, near numerous shopping centers and restaurants.

Cons:

Personal taste felt the breakfast was very salty. Slow drain in the bathroom sink. Reception was advised upon departure. View was an electrical station behind the hotel so I found the price was a little high for the view.
