Great staff. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk.

Very good place to stay. Close restaurants, malls, discos and accessible to the bus/train stations. Place is quiet and secure. Can walk on the street at any time.

I was with two more friends and they reserved us a department, with 3 beds in 2 separate rooms. It has a cozy living room as well. Daniel's attention was amazing.

Perfectly situated hotel, close to plaza Foch and many dining options.

Solid, clean, quiet, reasonably-priced lodging in Mariscal Sucre. Comfortable bed, clean room, only a 3 block walk to Plaza Foch to meet tour operators for day trips. Easy to get taxis. 24/7 staff very helpful with directions, activities, etc. Special thanks to Dianna: professional, helpful, understanding. RECOMNEND.

Excellent hotel with elevator and heater in the room, so was not cold. Facilities and room were great, in a safe location next to Plaza Foch. However the rates do not include breakfast, and although listed as an orbitz Expedia VIP access hotel, they did not honor my platinum status for free breakfast. Lots of places around for breakfast and meals, and overall good hotel in Quito.

They check-in and check-out process was simple, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.

needed a Covid test....Poal from the office helped arrange the test and the company came to the hotel. She was super helpful..

Close to the party area but far enough for quiet

The staff were excellent, travelling during covid is difficult and the staff took out all the stress of my trip whilst I was there. Best service from staff Ive experience to this point. Down side, this part of town plays loud music throughout the day and it can be heard in the room.

The Hotel Embassy was a great place to stay in Quito. Great location near restaurants with access to public transit or a quick $2 ride to the historic center of Quito. Amazing staff that was so friendly, accommodating and nice. Clean and nice rooms with great housekeeping as well. Delicious breakfast as well!

We stayed here for 2 nights during a short stay in Quito. Because of Covid, many of the bars, night clubs and restaurants are still closed but this hotel is perfectly located to be a short walk to a great night out. Plaza Foch was open and we had a great dinner after a short walk there.

We were at this hotel the evening of my bf's birthday and I worked with the staff to put up balloons, a happy birthday sign and some confetti while we were out for the day. It came together perfectly and I was so appreciative that they would help me with this personal touch.

They also prepared snack bags with juice, fruit and a sandwich for our early trip to Banos and on the day of our early airport departure.

This is a solid 3 star hotel but the experience was so much greater by the very kind and helpful staff working there.

I stayed here one night, slightly more expensive than my normal, but pretty nice. Fair breakfast, great wifi connection, killer showers, nice people. I really enjoyed the bed with nice sheets and a firm feel. I did get a great night’s sleep.

The Hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance to Foch Square, the bus station and stores, restaurants and any other amenities needed. The room was very spacious and always kept neat and clean by the staff.

I booked this hotel knowing full well what I was going into and I was correct in my understanding of what a three star property is: poor quality in included breakfast, i.e. processed pancakes and not much else except fruit. The coffee was okay. The service lacking and not a smile on any of the staff in the dining room. Dinner was also below average, with pesto pasta drowned in what likely was recycled sauce or jarred. The rooms were as expected... no rugs, poor quality in toiletries. The rooms were really clean and the bed comfortable. The front service was nice. But, I probably would not return.
