Laadukan hotelli huippu sijainnilla
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja kohteliasta. Pidin myös hotellin sijannista ja parvekkeen tuoleista ja pöydästä. Myös täysihoito toimi hyvin.

Cons:

Isossa hotellissa on aina paljon ihmisiä ja sen myötä pientä jonottamista ravintolassa.

I was very disappointed with the overall quality of this hotel. The service was very poor, with rude and unhelpful staff, starting at the reception. The only positive aspect was the bar waitresses and some members of the restaurant staff, who were friendly and helpful.

The room conditions were also unacceptable. There was a leak in the bathroom, and the shower drain was clogged, causing flooding every time we used it. In addition, the bathroom had a very strong urine smell, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

I also found it very negative that certain areas of the hotel could only be accessed by paying extra fees.
The food variety was very limited and very repetitive.

I have been travelling to Playa del Inglés for about 15 years and I always like to try different hotels. Out of all the places I have stayed, this is the only hotel that has left me truly dissatisfied. I will definitely not return.

Es war sehr schön soweit. Würden nächstes mal aber erst mal ohne Verpflegung buchen.

Die Anlage sowie Personal waren super. Rezeption super nett und auch alle Mitarbeiter an den Bars oder Zimmerservice. Hier in großes Lob!!! Die Gartenanlage mit den Pools, ebenfalls super!

Cons:

Die Bäder der Zimmer würden eine Sanierung vertragen. Bei den Speisen und den Speisesaal hatten wir mehr erwartet. Die Auswahl ist gut, aber es ist wenig Abwechslung am Abendbuffet, alles sehr schwach gewürzt. Beim Frühstück ab 9.30 Uhr werden leider die Tische nicht mehr Gedeckt, man muss sich Besteck selber zusammen suchen. Auf dem Buffet morgens wird vieles nach 9.30 Uhr nicht mehr aufefüllt (Lachs, Seranoschinken, usw.) obwohl bis 10.30 Uhr geöffnet. Das Obstbuffet beseht zu 50% aus Konservenobst. In einem Sonnenland wie GC erwartet man frisches Obst, das dort ja auch angebaut wird. Allgemein betrachtet müsste alles um das Thema "Speisen & Speisesaal" überarbeitet und deutlich verbessert werden - hier ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Good standard hotel in excellent position, helpful staff, a bit noisy at night due to beach activity.
Pros:

Great position at beginning of sand dunes. Fabulous sea views. Nice bar and entertainment

Cons:

Noisy round pool area and at nights from beach activity.
Sunbeds reserved all day with no one on them for most part, so little availability.
No drinking water in room on arrival unheard of in a 4 star hotel.

Vi fick frukost direkt vid ankomsten och checka in vid 11,00, viktigt att tillägga vi hade UNIQUE.
Läget toppen, grind direkt ut till stranden, barer vid poolerna, mysiga sittplatser om du vill komma undan solen en stund. Flera köpcentrum runtomkring ca 15 minuters promenad. Även till marknaden (lördag)
God frukost där du även kan göra extrabeställningar. Hjälpsam personal. Kunde ställa av sig väskorna vid utcheckning. Rekommenderar varmt.

Lite mer snacks att välja på vid baren. 😂

Great location, just across the road from the beach.

Cons:

Small bath towels i bathroom. Pool towels were far bigger and nicer.
Very poor selection of fresh fruit at breakfast. Also of tinned fruit.
