The location was good and the team were great … however, It’s time for an update of the facilities.
Pros:

Nice location, overlooking the marina. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. The team were all very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It’s dated and tired. The front door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom was a disappointment. The shower is over a spa bath which made it difficult to get in and out of as the wall of the bath is so high and just impossible for my elderly mother to use. It’s crowded with laundry facilities in the room as well. The toilet paper was attached to the wall behind the toilet making it difficult to reach. No servicing on the room during our stay (which wasn’t reflected in the price) so I had to wash and dry the towels as we stayed Monday to Friday. There were only two little satchels of dishwashing liquid for 5 days and no scissors to open them. Little things but they add up in taking away from the comfort of the stay.

Pros:

View was great and the location was near the boat club for meals

Cons:

Spent a night on the couch under the spare blanket and wok up with bites all over me. Dont know what the infestation was but maybe either the couch or blanket should be cleaned.

Beautiful days and stay and location over looking the marina
Pros:

Everything was fantastic

Cons:

Communication was a bit poor
No double bed 2 singles pushed together which was a bit uncomfortable
And the rooms are definitely not sound proof

Good but
Pros:

Location to restaurants, Bed was very comfortable, Fridge is real and working, Security with gates gave us comfort, Towels were soft and clean, Linen was clean and staff listened to me about a smell in the room.

Cons:

Numbering system a bit confusing, There was a smell of rotting wood in the room from flooding, Light in bedroom is by a confusing ceiling fan remote - followed instructions and fan came on, TV remote was difficult to operate.

What facilities??
Also we had no running water for 2 days. Were told we'd get bottled drinking water to compensate but got none. Were also told if we weren't happy we could get a refund.

Pros:

The location was excellent with many eating options available. Nice clean apartment .

Cons:

That you had to ensure the bathroom door was closed all the time to stop steam etc setting off the smoke alarms.

Pleasant stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was great and the harbour view was lovely. Pitty the weather wasn't great.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn't enough car parks as I went out for the evening and when I came back near tower 1 was no car spots and then went to other secured parking and none there either.

The room was ground floor with a boxed in corner, can't go out that door it's straight into a pool, we came in winter, so a nicer room. With a view would have been great

Cons:

Musky smell whole time even after called reception to see if could do something about it. Curtains were deteriorating and was small cockroach crawling on them. Could hear noises through out the night of motor or fan turning on and off or night of been the lift.
