toilet seat worn and squeaks loudly when sitting on it couch def 100 percent and cushions needs a steam clean, very dusty and smelly one of light phone charger broken on bedside cupboards,

0/10 Piss poor service tiny room NOT HAPPY
Pros:

The view of the marina out over to Woody and Fraser Islands was amazing
Only friendly staff were the cleaners

Cons:

The room for a 10 night stay wasn't even big enough to open our suitcases it didn't even have a microwave or a plate to eat our takeaway meals on the kettle didnt work to make a coffee either
The midweek clean was some fresh towels and they made the bed but no clean sheets
The whole experience was poor from the check in the front staff were rude and didn't give us any info on the hotel or the marina they hardly greeted us as we walked through the foyer 4-5 times a day as the only access to the marina was shut off due to the pool access gate was broken or we could have walked around the hotel in the mud same distance if walking out front and around the street
We weren't told of any closures or the fact the pools heating wasn't working either was looking forward to a swim in the heated pool overlooking the marina
A very piss poor effort from the front office staff
0/10 will not be going back and will be telling everyone to stay away from there

Dissapointing for the price not a easy place to stay as a family

The location was beautiful

Cons:

The heated outdoor lagoon pool wasnt warm and was the whole reason we booked there.

Our family room was two seperste apartmentd with key locked doors between them so our small children couldnt get to us without swiping a key totally impractical for families. i spent all that money to sleep on the couch in the same apartment as them very dissapointed that setup is not a family room so dont advertise it as that.

The very outside door of our two units didnt lock anyone could walk in from outside and we were on the ground floor did not feel safe at all.

All showers had massive steps into them which was not advertisrd i had booked my parents in their mid 70s also a room there they struggled with the showering facilities

All in all we were very dissapointed in our stay it was not up to the usual mantra standards.

Very disappointed for $300 not happy
Pros:

The man at the reception was not interested in being there and didn’t look at us while speaking to us at all.

The reception was dirty and outdated. Was very dim lighting and wasn’t inviting.

When we arrived the room had an overwhelming scent of deodorant. I then realised it was to cover the smell of vomit in the room that hadn’t been professionally cleaned. Disgusting they let the room to be hired again before it was cleaned properly.

Lovely location on the Marina, nice hotel.
Pros:

I booked a Marina facing room and it was nice, view of the boats etc. The room was as expected ad I liked the walk-in shower, so much better than a shwer over the bath.

Cons:

I ended up on the ground floor which was not my preference but it was fine for one night.

It was a lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

It’s close to the marina and it’s easy to get to.
Having the lift is excellent when carrying your luggage in and out.

Cons:

It needs a bit of upkeep as any older property would but that’s really the only negative.
