Lounge very uncomfortable. outside chairs horrible. No Netflix or DVD player.
No cold water or ice in fridge. AND the key cards were a problem at every entry.

Harbour view room shows little of the harbour and is a ridiculous shape

The lift wasn’t working and had to walk through carport and behind peoples units as main pool gate wasn’t working for visitors, but worked for staff cleaning the pool.

The renovations around the broadwalk area and pool found it very difficult to navigate out onto the Broadwalk to access the restaurants -no signs at all to help guests at all. Other guests I passed in my travels sloffered for me to walk through their room front door to back sliding door to access the boardwalk as they had the same difficulty!

The dock bar closing early on a Saturday night is a bit bizarre

Quarto datado e com forte cheiro a humidade. Varanda espaçosa mas com máquina de ar condicionado a ocupar metade do espaço ferrugenta e com fita cola. Pediram uma caução de 200 AUD por 1 noite (parece-me excessivo face às condições do alojamento).

Everything else. When we arrived they advised the lifts were out and we were booked in on the 5th floor. The person on desk said we tried to call you twice. I did not received any calls and no messages were left. The person said we can try and find a lower floor but didn’t attempt to find a lower floor. We then just accepted this and we walked up 5 flights of stairs. We then tried our key and they didn’t work. We had to call reception to advise. Had to google there number as this was not on the information sheet. The person then came up and checked and yes the keys did not work. It was just not a nice experience and it was my birthday. My husband is in extreme pain and they didn’t care

Verandah was way to small and the air conditioning unit sat over the table on wall on verandah which made it very hot and uncomfortable. Requested fresh linen when placed in room used linen was not removed and rubbish bag not emptied. Was left at doorway for collection.

Facilities were broken, lift out of order, pool closed for maintenance, lighting bathroom broken

The people next door slamming the door every time they came in and out of their room in the early hours

Quite a few maintenance issues around the premises particularly concerning pool and carpark, however these items were being addressed by tradespeople during our stay

The room is desperately in need of an update - a bathroom that takes up a third of the room space. No kitchenette - bad coffee facilities does not count. Get rid of the spa bath and reconfigure the whole layout

Access to pool blocked off

This place is getting tired. We have used this property several times over the years, but now it’s run down. Pool gates were out of order. Access to the boardwalk was blocked off. There are orange water cones marking hazards in several locations etc. One of the pools was out of order. A room refresh is overdue.

As I paid for a Self Contained Room I thought I would have a bigger fridge than my Caravan has.. it was ony a little Bar fridge.. Hardly enough room to put your supplies in . . Other places I've stayed at were better equipped.

Specificly asked for a room with a spa bath which was provided but didn't work. And trash can wasn't emptied from previous stayer.

Room was small but fine for a couple of nights.
