We had a lovely stay, views were beautiful. Would recommend and will visit again :)
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable bed with a gorgeous view of the marina right out the door. The shower was quite large which was really nice.

Cons:

The bathroom fogged up heavily during showers, which wasn't ideal. The doors are extremely heavy and hard to push/hold open when bringing luggage in, a hook back would be useful.

Glad it was only for 1 night.
Cons:

The room was badly in need of refurbishment. The bed comforter was stained, the bedside lamps rusted, the toilet roll holder was hanging by a thread. The general cleanliness of the room was poor. Definitely not a 4 star property.

When I got to my room , it smelt like crap, the only good thing about my stay was the maintenance guy very friendly.
Pros:

Nothing , the view was good

Cons:

Very poor access to restaurants, gates locked not working, car parking very poor.
