Pros:

I like the proximity of the Mantra to the marina and a choice of eating places within walking distance plus of course The Boat Club.
I did find the sheets clean and the bed comfy.
The place from the outside now looks alot better and fresher now that it has been painted.

Cons:

I find that the rooms are dark and dingy and could really do with updating.

Pool closed, fan in room not working, only one chair inside, strange smell perhaps from adjacent room, unable to get to restaurant without going out onto street. Drink dispenser not working. No bar.

Pros:

Rooms were OK, a little bit of a view.

Cons:

Doors slam very loud and I had a series of very loud inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms and the walls are paper thin. Coming in late and noisy and the others crashing around slamming doors at 4 a.m.

Great location, lovely view of the marina, comfortable beds
Pros:

The view was great from our balcony, room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable.
We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and there was a complimentary bottle of wine in our room.
