I'll be back!
Pros:

Location - its a nice flat 15 min walk to Cavil Av, pool inside and out was so nice. Room spotless and comfy bed. Amazing view

Great location, mostly friendly staff, great facilities

Could've been better
Pros:

Swimming pools, enjoyed the Aztec theme.

Cons:

Room needed much needed repairs, fan was rusting, door paint was flaking off the entrance door from inside our room, bathroom door had a patch up of a hole, which was done badly and needed to be painted, just looked like maintenance hadn't been done in a very long time, we did enjoy the stay but cant overlook these details, I give a 6 out of 10

Lovely view, close to the beach.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to shops. Still having to wait for my $200 bound to come back through as it’s been over 3 days!

Pros:

The facilities and the buffet breakfast were fantastic! Great variety of foods in the buffet, and delicious. The location is great - getting into central Surfers Paradise/Cavill Ave is super easy - the tram stop is quite literally outside the property gate!

Cons:

Waterslides weren't operating to the advertised times - always closed early.

Loved the property & facilities, was great for the kids.

Cons:

The receptionist !! Upon arrival everything was a battle, paymnet, even though the room was paid in full. The complex was empty but we were only allowed one car park in a 3 bedroom unit - "thats all body corporate allow". Can I pay $40 for a car space for my guests ? "NO, we're completely full". No they weren't. Car spaces everywhere. Visitor parking. She tried to tell me maximum 2 hours- lies it says 4 hours everywhere. Just rude, not helpful. We turned up at 1:45pm to check in on Friday, We were told to go have some lunch and they would ring when the room was ready. 2:30pm we received a call - check in is 2pm ?!?! Staff at Bar, again wanted ice - "go to your room, get a bucket and go to B1". OK, thanks for your kind service. Just started our special weekend, on a bad note. I even had cash to tip them on arrival. Hence I still have the tip. To get an extra key cut, photo id, even tho the complete name and room number wasn't good enough. The exact same thing applied to get a towel for the pool. Photo id. The blonde girl needs to relax and ensure their guests enjoy their stay. I wouldn't stay again due to the staffs attitude.
