Pros:

The pool area was lovely, we really enjoyed it. Also very handy having the team stop right outside.
Having a full kitchen and laundry was great.

Cons:

The room was very dated and getting rundown. It didn't look as nice as the pictures in real life.

Really comfortable, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, very clean, greta facilities.
I was at a conference during the days so can't really comment on the views as it was dark when I got back.

Surfers Paradiseで一番安くてちゃんとしたホテル。
スタッフはどの方も親切でフレンドリー。
トラム駅のすぐ裏手でアクセスしやすい。
価格は高いが品揃えのいいコンビニがすぐ近くにある。
布団がなくシーツが敷いてあるだけだが、クローゼットに毛布が2枚ある。
部屋はキレイに清掃されている。
良い紅茶2種類＋緑茶が部屋にある。
ハンド&ボディソープ、ボディクリーム、シャンプー、コンディショナーが備え付けられている。
滞在中に清掃はこないが、受付にお願いすると新しいタオルを毎日受け取ることが可能。
冷蔵庫も思っていたより大きい。
エアコンも問題なく動く。
クローゼットが大きく、服をかけるスペースが十分にある。
ルームキーをかざさないとエレベーターの階のボタンを押せない。
昼も夜も騒がしい客がおらず、静か。
虫も出ない。

到着前に前もって支払いを済ませないといけない。予約時のカード情報で自動で引き落とされない。
夜、電気を全部つけても部屋が暗い。
窓が開かないタイプの窓。
バスルームのカーテンが透ける。
備え付けのドライヤーの風量が弱い。
初日だけシャワーの温度が安定せず、ずっとレバーをひねり続けないといけないため、頭を洗うどころではなかった。
