Glad we found this place, comfortable, clean and in a great location.
Pros:

Location was excellent, less than 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar area but far enough away to be quieter. From the airport Dublin Express busses 783 and 782 stop are nearby. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful.

So much potential but facilities a let down due to maintenance
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant at checkin and in trying to solve a few of the problems.
The property has soo much potential with the facilities in the main positive

Cons:

Two major issues -
1) the tv was not working as expected with what looked like 36 spotlights shining on it , this looks like an led failure but when raising this at check out (I had mentioned the previous night to the night agent) they asked if I had hit it with something was was a strange question!!
2) the shower drain was not working as expected. Two people using the shower quickly in the morning flooded the bathroom floor which spilled into the hallway.
When mentioning this in the morning , I said there was a problem with the shower, before I could give details the reply was ‘Drains?’ So this is obvs a known error and raised previously which is disappointing

Outside the property was very noisy but this is to be expected to some degree with the location

We loved the location, the staff was excellent, apt clean and safe and comfortable
Pros:

The location was perfect, we had a 2 bedroom apt and it was very comfortable for 2 of us. Included washer / dryer. Nice Suprise

Cons:

No air, was in Ireland during a heatwave, not the properties fault
