Good ambience, decoration, open and light, various public areas to relax, we didn’t use the leisure facilities so can’t comment, room was fine and big enough, nice big bed, restaurant/bar was good. We had 2x dinners and 2x brekkies which were good, wide selection both.
Window handles needed attention, bathroom needs more than 1 hook for towels or clothes
We had cause to send back some undercooked food, which initially wasn’t handled very well but resolved

Staff were friendly, they made the children feel so welcomed and special. They even said they felt like they were staying in a fancy place because they were giving ice cream on arrival. Lovely touch.

Clean, tidy, quiet and great facilities onsite with gym and leisure centre access.
The staff were exceptional, especially Barbara at the front desk. The meals we had at the Courtyard were delicious and the wait staff were polite and friendly. We also like the decor and our TV worked well.
Having a refrigerator in the room would have been helpful.
Struttura comoda e accogliente e con ristorante e bar aperti . Colazione e cene ottime . Personale accogliente , la piscina è un ottimo servizio per le giornate di pioggia con la bambina . Zona tranquilla dove poter fare due passi alla sera nel silenzio del quartiere. Vi è anche una palestra molto bella e molto frequentata. Reception molto accogliente tutti molto gentili e disponibili.
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un lenzuolo molto macchiato , ma ci è stato subito cambiato . Abbiamo richiesto il servizio lavanderia ma non è andato a buon fine . Peccato sarebbe stato molto utile soprattutto dal momento in cui avevamo molte cose da lavare della nostra bambina.
Breakfast was good and the staff were super helpful when the pancake machine was not working. The lobby was very elegant and chic.
The view out our window was the only room that looked out to a wall, so that was disappointing. The rooms, compared to the rest of the hotel/lobby etc, were not as impressive.
