Mooi hotel met goed ontbijt in een mooie parkachtige setting.
Pros:

Mooie accommodatie waar het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Een late check-out op de dag van vertrek, waardoor we nog lekker konden genieten van de wellness in het aangrenzende hotel, was erg prettig.

Une mauvaise expérience

L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel, le confort de la literie, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel

Cons:

Nous avons été réveillés par un groupe arrivé vers 11h du soir. La chambre en face de la nôtre a été un point de regroupement. Jusqu'à une heure du matin nous avons eu droit aux décibels des rires et paroles. Je suis intervenu pour leur dire de se calmer, sans succès. J'ai voulu le signaler à l'accueil, mais celui-ci était désert. Il est inadmissible que l'on soit obligé de vivre ce genre de désagrément dans un hôtel qui affiche un certain standing. Je ne comprends pas qu'un hôtel de ce type puisse accueillir des gens affichant un tel manque de respect.

Nie wieder Aufenthalt in einem Falkenstein Hotel
Pros:

Das Menü beim Nachtessen war okay. Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Tischset am Morgen und am Abend das gleiche „schwarze“ keine Kerze und Blumen überhaupt keine Atmosphäre. Bar bei der Rezeption zum Heulen, war immer leer. Die Zimmer eine Geschichte für sich. Die Fotos von Hotel sind sehr professionell gemacht, aber entsprechen die Realität nicht. Man kann kaum vom Bett aufstehen. Im Bad gibt es kein richtiges Spiegel. Dusche ist für Körpergrösse 34/36 alle anderen müssen sich bücken. Es steht nirgends, dass diese Hotel kein Lift hat.
Balkon war dreckig mit Vogeldreck. Im Swimmingpool keine Diskretion jeder lief an der Wand vorbei. Nach meiner heftigen Reklamation hat die Gäste Managerin uns fünf Abende die Menü offeriert. Das war wenigstens okay. Preis/ Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.
In dem schönen Garten liessen die Rosen die Köpfe runter. Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt.

Heel fijn verblijf met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Rustig in het hotel, maar je kunt drukte opzoeken in het naastgelegen hotel en daar gebruik maken van binnen zwembad en een zeer mooi wellness complex. Dus ook bij eventueel bij slechter weer, genoeg vermaak.
Bedden zijn goed, kamer is ruim.

Cons:

Als je iets kan opmerken is dat de douche wat klein is, maar werkt wel goed. Ook nog apart bad aanwezig.

Osoblje u hotela Adriana je vrhunsko, od recepcije, konobara Kikija, Marine i ostali kojim nisam upamtila imena. A posebno komplimenti kužini jer je spiza ne samo za pijat nego i prste polizati 👑👑👑
