Čistoča in premalo osebja pri barih.
Druzinski hotel,prijazno osebje,odlicna hrana ,priporocam druzinam z otroki saj je poskrbljeno za animacije in varstvo.
Uljudnost osoblja najviše, ostalo je bilo u skladu s cijenom.
Poklon torta za djetetov rođendan ostavio nas je bez teksta.
Čekanje od sat vremena za check in,... ALI je ISPRIKA od strane osoblja i dodatni sati za ostanak u hotelu, konzumaciju sadržaja i ručak cijele obitelji to u potpunosti potisnulo.
Osoblje, hrana, lokacija.
Sobe nemaju vrata iako imaju vodilice za vrata ona su skinuta , kad sam prijavio došao je majstor i kaže pa neka imaju vrata neka ne, reko moliiiim? S dvoje djece od 13 i 15 g je super bilo sve otvoreno ko na kolodvoru. A da ne govorim kako je gospodin ušao u sobu iako je bila kartica u vratima bez kucanja i donosi i nudi sokove od pola litre koje nitko nije ni naručio. Kad sam prijavio na recepciji i pitao kakve au to gluposti da mi netko ulazi u sobu bez pitanja i nudi gluposti i di je tu moja privatnost? Kao eto ne znamo što se dogodilo i ispricavamo se. A da ne govorim da utičnica pola u sobi ne radi i televizor gubi kontakt pa sam isključio hladnjak da mogu uključiti tv. Užas. Svjetlo ne radi u dječjoj sobi s krevetima na kat i majstor kaže trenutno nemamo tih sijalica 😅🤦♂️. Itd.. itd...
