Amazing hotel with a lot of things to do
Pros:

It is a fantastic hotel with many things to do for kids of all ages. The half-board option (breakfast and dinner) is buffet style, with a wide variety of food, and drinks are included. Breakfast also features wonderful homemade omelets and fried eggs. The spa area includes a wet and dry sauna, a cold tunnel, a very nice relaxation area, and a jacuzzi (all included in the room price). The heated swimming pool is excellent. We also borrowed bikes from the hotel free of charge and had a wonderful bike ride around Zadar (a refundable deposit is required to use the bikes).
They also noticed that it was my son's birthday and kindly surprised us by bringing a cake to our room!

Cons:

Unfortunately, many of the entertainment facilities are not included in the price. Only the ping-pong table is free; billiards, table football, and all the arcade machines require an extra payment. There are also additional fees for using the tennis and basketball courts.
Another situation felt a bit awkward for us. Although you provide your credit card details through Booking when making the reservation, we later received an email from the hotel asking us to pay half of the stay in advance using a different payment system. I completed this payment. When we arrived, we were told that the remaining amount should be paid at check-out.
At check-out, when I was ready to pay the remaining balance, the employee asked whether I would like to leave a tip for the staff. She explained that it was optional, but the suggested amounts were €10, €20, or €30 per day. I had never been asked directly for a tip in a hotel before, so it felt a bit uncomfortable. In the end, I decided to leave €10 per day, but this is not something we usually expect in hotels of this category.
That said, and despite these inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and overall experience at the hotel.

divno smo se odmorili i mislim da ćemo se ponovo vratiti.

doručak odličan kao i lokacija hotela.

Cons:

potrebno je čišćenje bazena dubinsko i protiv alga, mislim da se osjeti miris kanalizacije pa mi fali onaj miris svježine u hodnicima, sobama pa čak i u spa zoni.
