Das der Pool sauber war und das gute Essen
Am Strand funktionieren die Duschen nicht.
Frühstück war gut, Mittag- und Abendessen meist gut, die Suppen gut. Die Pools wurden morgens gut gereinigt, das weibliche Personal an der Bar war sehr bemüht und nett!
Die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht optimal, ausserdem wurde jeden Morgen um 8:00 unser Zimmer betreten, auch wenn das ‚do not disturb‘-Schild an der Zimmertür hing, sehr unangenehm, der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wurde nie geleert. Die Handtücher im Zimmer hatten manchmal Löcher.
Die Anlage ist sauber das Personal sehr freundlich
Hatten 3 Doppelzimmer leider eines ohne Balkon und trotzdem voller Preis Kühlschrank war defekt wurde erst nach der vierten Meldung getauscht
Sok lehetőség volt mindenki számára.
Eléggé lelakott, ahhoz képest hogy elvileg felújították a szobákat újonnan. A baba medencében a kövek szét voltak esve. A játszótér teljes felújításra szorul. Mindkét recepciós hölgy unott volt és nem volt kedves.

The staff was amazing. Every single venue. Frot desk, cafeteria, spa treatments.....every single staff person was helpful, friendly and top rate in every aSPET
Noise, horrible in the evening. You should clearly say that there is live loud music with guy and microphone. Kids noise was nothing. I should not have stayed in this hotel. I get up early, and the sleep just could not happen. I wanted to strangle the guy with the microphone. Send a warning that includes the nightly noise.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially because it offers so many activities for children. The hotel is large and there is always something going on. I would especially like to highlight the kids’ animation team. The animators work very hard to make children’s stay enjoyable, with games, entertainment and different activities throughout the whole day and evening. There is also a swimming school for children, which is a great addition.
The swimming pool is excellent, and the sandy beach is located right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for families. The water slide at the pool is a particular attraction — not only for children but also for adults!
Our room was spacious, and we were actually given a larger room than the one we had originally booked, which we really appreciated. Thank you for that!
The food was excellent, fresh and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. There was also a very good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
There are, however, a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, the pool area is not very accessible for people with disabilities or families with baby strollers. There is no easy access around the pool, so you have to take a longer route or carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Also, there is only one elevator in the entire hotel, and it can take quite a long time to get it, especially during busy periods.
Unfortunately, on our last day, my husband and I both suffered what seemed to be food poisoning, with vomiting and diarrhea. We cannot say for certain what caused it, but it was an unpleasant way to end our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and would particularly recommend this hotel to families with children. The entertainment, kids’ activities, pool, beach and variety of food are definitely its biggest strengths.
Hotel spełnia wszystkie wymagania, dorosłych i dzieci. Jedzenie, napoje, udogodnienia, hotel, basen, spa, parking, wszystko. Za rok wracamy. Nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać z wynajmu rowerów.
