Everything except the playroom for the kids, and it's working hours.
Even though one of the main parts of this hotel is the offer for the kids, the inner play area is open only untill 21h, and the lock it down without leaving a chance for the kids to stay and play witouth the hotel animators. That leaves them only the option to play in with the slot machines, that are in bad shape and have to be paid for every game.

Unazad par godina hotel se tako jako srozao od ponude,osoblja, hrane.
Obiteljski hotel gdje je dva dana bio hladan bazen, u ta dva dana smo prijavili da bazen kao i prostor nije grijan i da se doslovno svi smrzavamo ili u vodi ili izvan nje. Djeca su se drugo dan pregladila. Ako želite provesti obiteljski vikend s djecom zaobiđite ovaj hotel jer on to u ničemu više ne nudi.
Ove god zamjerka na hladnoj vodi u bazenu . Prošle godine smo u isto vrijeme bili i nije bilo tako hladno kao ove godne.
Prošle je bilo bas godine za kupanje .
Koliko sam skuzila i drugima je bilo nelagodno .
Izvrsno i ljubazno osoblje recepcije, u restoranu, spremači kao i osoblje u spa dijelu.
Hotel bi generalno trebalo malo obnoviti.
