Cosy stay in quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk over the bridge straight into lower old town. Lovely and helpful host, happy to assist with anything and kindly organised a private car to Da Nang for us at a reasonable price. A simple breakfast was included hot option with tea and fruit which we enjoyed. Our room was a little quirky with the bathroom being located on the balcony but even in the rain this was no problem and a little novelty.

Cons:

The room is not large, we only have carry on size backpacks and soon filled the floor space.

Pour accéder à la salle de bain il faut passer par le balcon car il n'y a pas de fenêtre c'est une porte donc il faut laisser la lumière éclairée même quand il fait jour.

Lots if great places to eat very and the hussle and bussle of old town just over the bridge.
Pros:

The property is opposite the old town so a lot quieter. Less than a 5 min walk gets you to all the old town has to offer. Breakfast was very good, Cherry was a delight and I tried very hard to befriend the dog during my 12 days there. He did come over and sniff me one day, bonus!

Cons:

My particular room was very small and had to go outside to use the washroom. Not a big deal but if you can score one of the other 2 rooms with 2 beds you may prefer that more. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI

Pros:

We were a group of 4 visited the Homestay from India. Hospitality of the staff member was really great. The owner maam is very friendly. Highly, recommended for budget travellers to Hoi An from India 🇮🇳.

For 19Aud we even got breakfast made by the super nice lady who was hosting us.

Très bien, emplacement idéal et gérants très sympas
Pros:

Merci merci merci pour votre accueil. Les gérants sont adorables et se sont rendus disponibles. La chambre était très confortable. L’emplacement est super.

Cons:

Sur 4 jours ça aurait été bien qu’il y ait un petit coup de ménage, on aurait gagné en confort.
