Der Service ist herausragend. In 5-Sterne Häusern nicht besser. Angefangen vom günstigen privaten Transfer von der Fähre nach Anacapri über das Frühstück (Café könnte besser sein, leider) und die Organisation zB eines Bootsausfluges.
Die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Eine Wohltat nach ein paar Tagen Neapel. 10min zu Fuß bis zum Ortskern von Anacapri.
Eigener Pool, klein aber fein, wo Getränke und kleine Speisen serviert werden. Man kann über die fantastische Bougainville aufs Meer sehen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für 3 etwas eng, aber ok für 2 Nächte.
Die Zimmer sind in den Hang gebaut, weswegen andere Gäste vor der Tür und den Fenstern entlang müssen. Die Scheiben sind aber abgedunkelt und die Zimmer von außen praktisch nicht einsehbar.

The best part of every evening? Walking back through the quiet streets to the place that made us fall in love with Capri

Great location with exceptional views; daily room service; delicious breakfast buffet; friendly, helpful & attentive staff! Wonderful pool & snack bar; shuttle services from/to the port; front desk staff on 24 hours. Most importantly the entire facility was spotless! Added bonus was being located near the end of the bus stop which ensured a seat on the local neighborhood bus.

Cons:

I would encourage “pillow menu” options.

The most incredible spot for the sunset!
Pros:

It was close enough to the centre to walk in, but far enough out for peace and quiet. The pool was a great spot to relax, the staff were friendly and very helpful, they helped to organise restaurant bookings and a private boat tour of the island. Breakfast simple but good quality food. Three days felt like a week away, it was so tranquil.

La ubicación todavía no entiendo porque Booking me cancelo la reserva que hice desde febrero. Yo tenia 3 hoteles y ninguno me cancelo y ese que era el q yo mas había esperado por su ubicación me lo cancelan y me tuve que hospedar en este que quedaba en marina grande y casi en el punto mas elevado. Jamás me pude bañar en la playa. Porque obvio no tenían acceso; por la ubicación aqui BOOKING TUVO 100% LA CULPA. JAMAS DEBIO OCURRIR SI FUESE ASI PORQUE NO SE CANCELO LAS OTRAS 3 RESERVAS. IMPERDONABLE

До центра Анакапри минут 15 пешком максимум. Живописная природа вокруг.
Внизу на Капри довольно жарко, а наверху приятная прохлада. Администрация отеля по случаю нашей годовщины любезно повысили нам категорию номера бесплатно.
Это было очень приятно ☺️
Завтраки вкусные, особенно тортики потрясающие и всегда свежие. Кофе хороший, а не растворимый как во многих отелях Италии обычно. Бассейн, бар с напитками и снеками и невероятные закаты.
Также очень порадовало наличие трансфера из порта в отель и обратно по очень приятной цене.
Обстановка винтажная, но все ухоженное и качественная уборка была каждый день.
Все сотрудники очень любезны.
Можно сказать что отель превзошел наши ожидания.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось.
Единственное - удивило отсутствие косметических принадлежностей, кроме базовых жидкого мыла и геля для душа не было ничего.
Также неплохо было бы иметь пару бокалов для вина в номере. Но это все не существенные мелочи.

Das Frühstück war einfach und lecker, alles war frisch. Die Aussicht von der Pool Terrasse aufs Meer ist zum Sonnenuntergang super schön!!!
