Affordable hidden gem in bougie Napa!
Pros:

Nicely renovated hotel close to all the sights. Gina was working the night we arrived and she was fantastic! Loved the attachment to the mirror in the bathroom that saves counter space. This long-haired gal appreciated a REAL full-size hair dryer. The room smelled amazing with a very comfy bed. The AC stayed steady without turning on and off like some older units. For breakfast, I appreciated the greek-style yogurt and berries (not too sweet) versus pre-packaged. And your offering of almond slices as well as mini chocolate chips made my oatmeal fantastic. A step above continental. I cannot say enough great things.

Cons:

Nothing; would have loved to stay more than one night!

Great cost to value stay for families in napa valley
Pros:

Great location and value for the price. Super friendly staff and simple but clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is basic but free and the little gift shop is very cute.

Cons:

the breakfast could use more variety, some rooms were a little worn but I think theyre renovating.

Great location comfy bed very nice.
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The location the staff the room the bed.
The only thing is the breakfast was very minimal with hard boil eggs which we didn’t like. Fortunately we had brunch that day so we didn’t need to eat, just had coffee.

Cons:

The breakfast is very basic. I would recommend not relying on it.

Arrived early afternoon and was able to check in since rooms were available. Whole property is beautifully decorated and maintained. Breakfast was adequate given that it was included in the room rate. Staff helpful and polite. Overall a very enjoyable enjoyable stay.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che dovevamo scegliere se volevamo le pulizie tutti i giorni o a giorni alterni. Avevamo capito, o ci era stato fatto capire, che fossero un extra a pagamento perciò avevamo scelto le pulizie a giorni alterni. Quando sono andata a controllare sulle indicazioni di Booking ho visto che le pulizie erano comprese nel prezzo, perciò le ho richieste per tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno. Non è stato fatto nulla!! Su 4 notti ho avuto la pulizia della camera una volta sola! È la prima volta che mi capita, in tutto il mondo, che in un albergo non vengano fatte le pulizie giornaliere! Ho pagato 300 euro a notte!! Sono arrabbiatissima! Segnalerò la cosa all'ufficio clienti di Booking affinché controlli la situazione.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marisol Milano. She truly went above and beyond to make my birthday stay absolutely extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, her warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and special.

What could have simply been a nice stay turned into an unforgettable birthday experience because of the thought and effort Marisol put into making everything so wonderful. It is rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in making sure their guests feel appreciated, and Marisol is truly one of those people.

She made me feel celebrated, cared for, and genuinely special on my birthday, and that is something I will remember for a long time. People like Marisol are what make a stay stand out and create memories that last far beyond the trip itself.
