We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. The hotel’s location was also superb. We will definitely rebook for our future visit!

The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the fan in our room. We mentioned it to front desk. Within 5 minutes room was switched right when we got back from dinner. Very helpful on restaurant ideas. Always cheerful in morning and after long day.

Disposable tableware. This is unfortunately common in the US, but generates an insane amount of trash.
Nice standard hotel with a pretty good breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Napa Winery Inn. Room was large and clean, staff (desk, housekeeping, breakfast) were all very friendly, location to everything in Napa Valley was convenient, area was quiet, breakfast was good (waffles, bagels, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs), hotel inside and out was clean, inside hallway entry to room (good for security vs exterior facing entry doors), bed was comfortable and price was reasonable. We had a wonderful stay and will check out this hotel first for accommodations next time we’re in town.

Excellent staff and service, great breakfast and gift area with local snacks and wine. The renovated rooms are fantastic, but there are some older rooms that are just OK. Our door lock broke one evening which was no fault of the hotel but it coudnt be fixed so we had to switch rooms. They refunded us that night and gave us a bottle of wine as an apology. The hotel is in a great area, we felt safe, comfortable and taken care of. We will stay there agian!
