According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Für die Übernachtung vom 19. Auf 20. April müsste ich doppelt zahlen einmal auf booking.com mit Kreditkarte und einmal im Hotel direkt
Auf meine Beschwerde per E-Mail habe ich nach 1 er Woche noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen..
Eigentlich schade weil das Hotel super war.

Excelente, voltarei com certeza.
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, os funcionários são cordiais, o quarto é bastante confortável e a cama também. O processo de check-in e check-out foram bastante ágeis e o carro ficou no estacionamento com manobrista.

Cons:

Não posso opinar, pois a estadia foi super curta e não tive qualquer problema.

Custo beneficio razoável mas poderia entregar mais para o preço de um hotel 4 estrelas na região.
Pros:

Do atendimento da equipe do hotel em geral. Todos prestativos e gentis.

Cons:

Muito barulho nos quartos no andar aonde estavamos e o café da manhã com alguns produtos frios (ovos mexidos por exemplo) e no geral sem sabor.

Hotel muy correcto.
Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien, la ubicacion no es la mejor, pero para pasar una noche estuvo bien. La limpieza muy bien, el colchon un poco duro, y dejan entrar mascotas, el perrito de la habitacion de al lado ladro varias veces, lo cual no es lo que uno espera cuando va a dormir y descansar. Desayuno muy completo. Recomiendo poner jarra electrica y cafetera en cada habitacion, en un hotel 4 estrellas no puede no haber opcion de hacerte un te o un cafe.

Cons:

Colchon muy duro, mascotas que ladran, falta de cafetera y jarra electrica en habitacion.
