I booked this for friends who were caught in the blizzard and this place is fairly near their condo, which has no heat.
The man at the front desk was rude to my friends and their room was not available at the advertised 3 pm check in, but rather at 5:30. In addition, the agreed upon charge was over billed by more than $30 and I am still waiting for the credit card dispute to be settled. Suffice it to say, my friends will not be sending any friends or family to stay at this hotel. Lost opportunity for the hotel and a poor way to run a business.
It was great! Clean and good amenities. Perfect Location.
Nothing.
Our fire alarm/ carbon monoxide detector started going off, the staff member came to our room took it off the ceiling said it was the carbon monoxide detector and that they were happy we didn't go to sleep. Staff member said he was going to open the window and that we would be fine with the window open (it was February on the cape!) We of course with 2 little kids stated that we absolutely were not comfortable staying in that room. We have 2 queens and they gave us (family of 4) a King-sized room. 4 people in 1 bed meant no sleep for mom and dad. To top it off, some random person entered our room at 2am!! 2am!! we received a call at 630 am with confused hotel staff with who we were and why we were in that room. I am completely appalled by the response to basic safety issues. Discussed in the morning with our displeasure to the night's stay and was told they would take care of it and reach out to us. Weeks later no response, called hotel to speak with someone/manager they said there were no notes on our stay (makes sense with the lack of communication). Asked to speak with a manager and was told that it will be up to the manager if they wanted to call me back. Informed the hotel that I would be going further if I didn't get a response (they didn't really care).
One key point was you were able to carry your beer alcoholic beverage throughout the hotel
This is the first time ever giving a bad review to a business but when i saw the ad it was a great looking hotel but when i arrived out looked beautiful but the room had doors that you can actually walk to the other room it was a circus had kids playing hockey on the hallway while the parents drinking beers and watching the games kids banging on the doors and at 2:00am the next door got a hooker and having loud sex I heard everything
This hotel was ok but it was more for family with alot of kids . The pool was always full and adults couldn’t enjoy it felt like a summer camp for kids . The children were running up and down the hallways for over 4 hours without adult supervision with parents not caring that other people paid to have a nice relax time. I don’t recommend and the staff needs to have more order with people that leave their children unattended .
Great breakfast and good Indian food for the restaurant inside.
The pool wasn’t operational for the three days. I was there with my kid. Expensive hotel.
Loved the staff
The tashar restaurant inside the hotel was top tier
Their drinks were to die for as well as the cauliflower 26 on the menu!!!!!
The only thing I wish I could change was the bar staying open a little later
And adding a hot tub
Location
The Hallway was too noisy and the indoor door way in the lobby.
Location
Nothing
Horrible customer service…. Wouldn’t address concerns Horrible attitudes by management. Dont waste your money and stay at another establishment if visiting this area. ….
i had only one request i asked for king size pillows, the staff came back and told me yhey only had one small pillow it was rediculous, i was in a handicap roon, and it is to small to get a walker around in.
