Buona posizione rispetto al centro, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e pulizia generale.

Buona la pulizia della camera, la posizione della struttura e il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Il personale della reception era spesso impegnato altrove. Ogni volta occorreva attendere almeno 10 minuti prima di vedere qualcuno, oppure rinunciare e ritentare.

Colazione soddisfacente, staff molto gentile, bagno ampio e pulizia generale molto accurata. Buona posizione a qualche centinaio di metri dalle principali Terme.

Cons:

Ci è stata assegnata la 106, una camera al piano terra con affaccio su un passaggio privato poco frequentato, così piccola da non poter ospitare nemmeno un piccolo armadio.
Per due giorni ci siamo adattati, ma se dovessi tornare chiederei certamente una camera diversa.

Forkerte oplysninger i præsentationen af hotellet
Pros:

Beliggenheden i forhold til centrum var fin. Dog placeret i ZTL (risiko for bøder)

Cons:

Oplyst at der var gratis parkering og lademulighed ved hotellet, det var årsagen til vores valg.
Parkeringen lå 900 m fra hotellet og var ikke gratis. Fik oplyst at pladsen var videoovervåget, det var den ikke.
Personalet var ikke særligt engagerede bortset fra den unge nyansatte pige der tog imod os. Hun var venlig og imødekommende.
Aftenportieren var direkte uengageret.
Morgenmaden (tilkøb) var absolut ikke noget at skrive hjem om.
