Eine wunderbare Erfahrung, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Como. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur ein paar Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt, mit genug eigenen Parkplätzen im Hof. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Im Hof kann man in der Gartenwirtschaft etwas trinken zu sehr guten Preisen. Das Hotel ist familiär geführt und die familiäre Atmosphäre ist überall zu spüren. Vor allem ist das Personal stets bereit zu helfen. Es wurden uns verschiedene Zimmer zur Auswahl angeboten. Sogar meine Hosen, die ich im Hotel vergessen habe, wurde mir in die Schweiz ohne irgendwelche Kosten geschickt. Und nicht zu vergessen ist das Frühstück. Es bietet einer grossen Auswahl an frischen Produkten, Schinken, Käse, Früchte, frisches Brot etc., was eher ungewöhnlich ist in Italien bei Unterkünften dieser Preisklasse. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider gab es im Appartement keine Kaffeemaschine, dafür aber leckeren Tee.

Wir sind keine Hotelinspektoren, die nach Mängeln suchen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wie zu Haus
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar nicht gross, aber komfortabel und sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken wurde alles perfekt organisiert. Wir kamen am ersten Morgen etwas spät zum Frühstück an, bekamen aber trotzdem noch ein wunderbares Frühstück. Nach dem Auschecken mussten wir in die Innenstadt, und man erlaubte uns, unser Auto so lange wie nötig auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen zu lassen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt!

Staff disponibile ed ospitale ma non invadente. Stanza grande e ben riscaldata con spazio per appoggiare i propri oggetti. Colazione più che sufficiente e parcheggio comodo. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa a 10min dal centro e 20 dalla riva ( a piedi) per questo fuori dal traffico automobilistico serale

Solo che la stanza era grande, ma non era necessario.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho sbagliato a scegliere questo albergo fidandomi del fatto che fosse a 3 stelle e che si trovasse su booking. Purtroppo ho avuto una stanza con una piccola finestra sul pavimento, inoltre la struttura sembrava essere poco rifinita tanto che la porta del bagno aveva un grosso buco. Inoltre la posizione troppo decentrata sia dalla stazione che dal centro, posta in un quartiere un po' troppo periferico non giustifica il prezzo esorbitante pagato senza nemmeno la prima colazione. Perciò chiedo un rimborso o un consistente buono sconto per i prossimi soggiorni.
