Pros:

A perfect fit for our family. The room was decent and the balcony was spectacular. Same with the pool area. Our two year old loved it! Sauna looked amazing as well, but didn’t get time to enjoy it.

Das Hotel liegt in Campitello di Fassa wunderbar am Hang und wir hatten vom Zimmer aus einen sehr schönen Ausblick über das Tal. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist in ein paar Minuten in den Ort gelaufen. Mit Frühstück und Abendessen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ebenso mit dem Wellnessbereich und dem Schwimmbad.

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und freundlich - Insbesondere Monika, die gute Seele des Restaurants - Sie hat uns mit viel guter Laune alle Wünsche an Speisen und Getränke erfüllt. Besonderen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt irgendwas störendes gab, dann vielleicht die Baustelle der Hotelerweiterung, aber die geht ja wahrscheinlich schnell vorbei.

Établissement confortable et familial , chambres spacieuses, zone wellness magnifique , situé en zone surélevée tranquille ,

Cons:

Malheureusement travaux d’agrandissement lorsque nous y étions. Ai demandé une chambre à l’opposé donc les travaux ne m’ont pas gênée .
Chemin d’accès très pentu.

Nice stay in a nice hotel.
Pros:

The hotel facilities were good. Rooms comfortable and clean.
Spa facilities were good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool was nice but water was a bit too cold.
Dinner cooked food was really good quality, the buffet part, however, was average.

Great place for the white week with little things to improve
Pros:

The staff was great, they were very kind and available for everything. Also the structure was very well maintained.

Cons:

The food was kind of bad, not all but some dishes were surprisingly bad.
My personal opinion is that the chef was able to cook meat and fish. But for the other things like rise, pasta ecc…. The meal had always a problem like to salty or tasteless, over cooked. (Only an example)

Unico neo e la zona cucina : i buffet sono minimal e approssimativi,i piatti di pesce molto buoni ma il personale non è formato ed è imbarazzante arrivano coi piatti e e non sanno dirne i nomi, se si chiede un panino in più non c è ma non viene proposta in alternativa tipo cracker , consiglio al direttore di mangiare una sera al ristorante sono cose facilmente insegnanabilì che fanno scadere una struttura che di per sé è ottima.

Excellent hotel. Great value for the price. Especially if one does the half board as the dinner is very good. Breakfast has a fine selection. Staff are very good. Spacious rooms. Would definitely book again.

Pros:

Albergo ottimamente tenuto, molto buona la pulizia.
Stanza spaziosa e bellissima nella sua semplicità. Bagno ampio, ben rifinito e con Jacuzzi!
Balcone super panoramico che già da solo vale il prezzo pagato.
Cucina e colazione nella media, senza infamia e senza lode, quantità abbondanti.
Per arrivare all'albergo bisogna fare un tratto di 2-300 metri con forte pendenza, da noi fatto sempre in macchina avendo un passeggino, ma si parcheggia senza grossi problemi
