il prezzo rispecchia le aspettative, più o meno.

la colazione e la cena erano a buffet con tanta varietà di prodotti. i due ragazzi al check in veramente cordiali.

la pulizia delle stanze, il letto scomodo (una matrimoniale con due letti attaccati non si può vedere) e la poca insonorizzazione, si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nel corridoio e nelle altre stanze. Il maitre (nonchè anche la persona che serviva al bar) non era delle più cordiali, particolarmente burbero.
le donne delle pulizie si sono messe a litigare alle 7.15 della mattina nel corridoio, ho trovato veramente poco professionale questo comportamento. La navetta gratuita è un bel plus.. però se non ci sono i posti ti attacchi e devi aspettare un ora. Nella ski room non ci sono i porta scarponi riscaldati, te li fanno chiudere in un armadietto e il giorno dopo li ritrovi bagnati e con un odore sgradevole.

Struttura un po datata ma nel complesso buona

Buona la colazione e la cena. Molto gentile il personale di sala e la ragazza della reception.
Grande sala comune e bravissimo il cantante del piano bar.

Cons:

Nella ski room mancava l'asciuga scarponi.
La camera purtroppo non era pulitissima, peccato perché era spaziosa, con un terrazzo grande e con una bella vista montagna.

Purtroppo mi aspettavo una struttura diversa, le foto non rendono.
Pros:

L’Hotel ha un grande parcheggio e offre la mezza pensione a buffet, colazione e cena sempre diversi con molta scelta.
Si raggiunge comodamente in macchina.
Ottimo lo staff, disponibili e cordiali.

La struttura è al quanto vecchia.
Purtroppo le stanze sono piccole e non molto curate, io e il mio compagno aprivamo la porta che si affacciava sul balcone e si apriva la porta d’ingresso
Il bagno aveva solo la vasca, il sanitario principale rotto e scarsa pulizia ovunque.
La camera non era per niente insonorizzata e si sentiva la qualunque.
In più ogni stanza presenta un campanello esterno attaccato alla luce e durante il pernottamento la gente che arrivava in hotel suonava pensando di accendere le luci.

La cucina molto buona soprattutto la cena. Colazione un po' di tutto.

Pulizia camera, asciugamano messa a terra per cambiarlo e non è stato cambiato. Asciugacapelli vecchissimo e non funzionante.

Melhor escolha que poderíamos ter feito, melhor custo benefício do booking, a localização é ótima bem no meio das Dolomitas podendo chegar a várias outras cidades com facilidade, várias estações de ski nos arredores do hotel. O plano de alimentação de meia pensão ajuda mais ainda a economizar na viagem, os funcionários são extremamente gentis e solicitos. Pelo preço você não terá experiência melhor nas Dolomitas.
