Solicite con bastante tiempo que nos pusieran en habitación juntas y cuando llegamos no lo habían ni leído,nos dan una de las habitaciones con un ruido espantoso donde la primera noche no pudimos dormir,nos cambian tres veces de habitación, una de ella olía a desinfectante que era horroroso entrar en ella.El servicio sin formación alguna.La comida muy baja la calidad

all over the world
this hotel is simply the worst!
The staff's attitude is terrible, there is really no way to describe the disgusting receptionist who was there and she is the most unhelpful thing there is!
The room I got had hair on the pillows and sheets and in general the room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.

Stay away from the place! There are enough other hotels nearby!

Not for English residents.
Pros:

Good value for money but not a 4* hotel. Great location as the beach is idyllic and the locals are friendly.Room was always cleaned with friendly cleaners. However the waitresses rude and abrupt. Definitely a German/Spanish resort. If you are English you are made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by staff and visiters.I have never experienced this before. So avoid if you want a happy holiday.

Cons:

El precio abonado fue de 715,11€ por 3 noches. 2 personas, de la primera planta tuve que irme a la tercera pagando 30 € más por día. No contrato más ni con Booking.com (estafadores) ni con H. Altamarena.

Perfecto para playa y familia
Pros:

Está cerca de la playa y puedes regresar en 4 minutos. Nos gustó la comida también. Nos gustó que nadie reserva hamacas y a cualquier hora siempre habían disponibles.

Location, animation team, food and drinks

Cons:

All inclusive finishes at 12.00.on the day of check out. It is not normal because usually good hotels let keep the wristband and have lunch and dinner in case of late flight. This hotel is greedy and offer this service for money after check out.

La ubicación con la playa del matorral al lado lo mejor.

Lo mejor es la ubicación.

Cons:

Esperamos una hora para poder entrar en la habitación a nuestra llegada. Nunca me había pasado. De resto, todo bien, acorde al precio pagado.

Maravilloso excepto las comidas en restaurante

En general todo bien. Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el personal, las instalaciones, animación, los horarios del servicio todo incluido, las habitaciones, la limpieza…

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fueron las comidas en el restaurante, poca variedad y la calidad no era buena.
