The 7-11 in the lobby

Cons:

We expected to relax on our final day by the pool in the picture. The pool was disgusting and not running. I would say maintenance - but couldnt see any.
We booked a bal ony room and when we checked in I confirmed that it was a balcony room with the receptionist - it wasnt, so had to go back down to reception where the receptionist would see what is available'. We were moved to a balcony room. Got the balcony, but the room smell wasnt great.

Boek deze accommodatie NIET!
Pros:

Het enige positieve wat wij over het hotel kunnen zeggen is de grootte van de kamer.

Cons:

Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt omdat we op de foto's een buiten en een binnen zwembad zagen. De foto's op booking.com zijn echt misleidend!! We hebben nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Het was ontzettend smerig, schimmel op de muren en plafonds in het zwembad.

De kamer was een niet roken kamer maar er is duidelijk gerookt in het verleden. Er hing een oude muffe rooklucht.

Het ontbijt was echt slecht. Ongebakken broodjes (oventje die er naast stond was ook kapot). Echt niet best.

Zijn dit niet gewend in Japan want daar staat hygiëne en kwaliteit vaak hoog in het vaandel.

Babies were happy playing at the play area. Food was delicious. We’ll come back again.
Pros:

Spa, store and restaurants in the hotel.

Cons:

Shower was a bit problematic. The valve to switch the shower from faucet is broken. But we did some diy so we managed to take a shower.

Magnifique séjour, une belle surprise, à recommander!
Pros:

Grande piscine, buffet déjeuner, bains thermaux et navette aéroportuaire inclus. Plusieurs activités de divertissement et services de restauration accessibles sur le site. Service impeccable.

Pros:

Großes Frühstücksbuffet, der Highway Express Bus nach Tokio Hauptbahnhof hält direkt vor der Tür, großes Hotelzimmer (für japanische Verhältnisse), praktisch ausgestattet.

Nichts.

Cons:

Food are terrible and expensive. Need to change Chef and staffs. For 35 usd per dinner. It should have sushi or sushi rolls

Convenient that bus are available right at the main entrance to Tokyo station & back, Narita aeon mall & Narita station and very often to the airport and back.

Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable and the quiet room allowed for a good night's sleep, which is great for people who have a plan the next day. The swimming pool with sauna and gym were fun to use in the evening. The room was very clean. The hotel is spacious and the garden and surroundings are beautiful and quiet.

Cons:

Some breakfast items were not refilled well. The rules and ways how to use swimming pool and gym are a bit difficult and inconvenient and not clearly explained at check-in. It took us time to get everything ready and use the swimming pool.

Great airport transfer hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel near the airport, great value for money. 7 eleven in the foyer! Very comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the hotel feels a bit dated, but perfect for our needs at the end of our holiday. Great airport transfer service.
