Excelente Hotel para Narita
Pros:

Bien ubicado, amplio, cómodo y cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de transporte gratuito que ocupamos tanto de ida como de vuelta. Además cerca de Omotesando. Muy buen desayuno, surtido y sabroso.

Staff are super friendly and helpful and lots of space in the room for my 5 yr old to run around

Cons:

Just the time they open the area where you can explore the Showa era and spa. And outdoor pool was closed when I went.

Okay accom for a family for an overnight, but be aware of the extra costs.

the hotel has a free shuttle to/from Narita Airport. buffet breakfast is very good.

Cons:

it's far from city. if you are travelling with kids - make sure to get multiple rooms as we were crammed in a room with twin beds but the beds are actually single beds so to put an adult & a child in it is very tight but bcoz we only stayed one night as it's a stop over we just went ahead with it. the breakfast also in your booking does not include the kids so you have to pay extra for their breakfast as the booking states "kids stay free" but breakfast not incl.
