Pros:

I was surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. I didn't see a single speck of dust in the room, in the fitness center, in the corridor, or in the dining room – it was a pleasure to be there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the scrambled eggs were delicious, there was free parking, and the location was very convenient. We will definitely be back.

Always clean and great location and staff
Pros:

The location is perfect - Close to restaurants, shopping and CCU

Cons:

Breakfast offerings could be better. Sausage was overcooked and hard and English muffins were stale. I settled on eggs and coffee.

Pros:

Never got to enjoy. Reception told us breakfast started at 6am, well the weekends it’s a 7am and we were out of hotel by then due to the events we came to Myrtle Beach for.

Cons:

Elevator didn’t work the whole time we were there. Had to use the stairwell which didn’t have a door handle to access our floor. Only one ice machine. Cleaning staff unfriendly

it was horrible! it’s a heck no for me!

stayed across the street from broadway! was only a mile from the beach. breakfast was decent.

Cons:

it was so much i didn’t like about this property! if i could give it a 0 i would.
1. hotel staff was talking about my boyfriend. they didn’t know we was together because he had walked in before me to use to bathroom & i walked in a few mins later to check in. they talked crap about him not knowing we was a couple. lol.
2. hotel smelled HORRIBLE! like a throw up smell then they had sprayed so much spray to try to cover up the smell.
3. there was no hot water when i showered. literally showered in cold water.
4. the sound of the AC unit was extremely loud , kept going on & off!
5. the tv was a little on the smaller side!
6. there was a spill at one of the exits that had been sitting there. nobody had gotten it up.
if i could give this hotel a 0….i most absolutely would. i wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel smelled bad and I was charged $100 fee which the customer in front of me card didnt go through for the same fee and she waived it for him, I was also told that the deposit would be back on my card immediately and that was a lie
