A very clean, well maintained hotel. The staff are super friendly and work really hard. Big shout out to Francesco, Alejandro, Ruben and Aliana for making our holiday so enjoyable.
The indoor pool also housed a jacuzzi. I was able to do my physiotherapy in there, no one else came in. The outdoor pools were really clean, plenty of sunbeds.
There was a good variety of different foods in the dining room, of a very high standard. Great choice of drinks.
I can't fault this hotel and definitely will go back with my family and grandsons next year.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hipotels Said Hotel!! It’s a lovely quiet hotel that is excellently maintained, there is no rush to get a sunbed in the mornings as there is plenty and the all inclusive food is lovely for what we were expecting! Definitely caters to everyone. The drinks were amazing for being all inclusive and such good variety as well! I would recommend to bring your own water bottles as staff will fill up for you at the bar if you ask! The staff are all so friendly and especially the bar manager Francesco, he made us feel so welcome and the service was great. Would definitely recommend for a quiet and relaxing holiday, we would definitely go back!

10 day holiday at Said Hotel Cala Millor .
Arrived at midnight and was greeted mbyToni at the front desk who offered us a late supper of salad,meat,fruit and Tea, it was gladly appreciated.
Room was spotless with small balcony,toilet again spotless .
Fridge in room and we asked for a kettle and was told to help ourselves to Tea, sweetener ect.
Hotel is very well kept and caters for everyone.
Plenty sunbeds, no towels put down early.
Food was amazing Steak, Chicken,Pork, Lamb and many more,pasta cheese rice dishes you name it the food was 5*.
Girls at the front desk Rebecca,Jennifer and Kim were always there to help with a smile (our TV was in German and they got it changed to English) well done girls your all amazing.
And our wee cleaner Marga (3rd floor) always greeted us with a smile and good morning and room was always perfect.
Our last day we checked out lunchtime but was told to keep towels for the pool and could use showers down stairs at the indoor pool where there was fresh towels,soap, hairdryer, everything you need to get you back on your way.
This hotel was friendly and one of the best I've been to in Cala Millor and I would definitely be back.
And last but not least Pedro and his side kick Video and all his staff in the dining room,always making sure everyone is ok.

What a find this place was a really great hotel with equally great staff. The food is great quality and plentiful the choices should suit all the pool area has a great sunbed policy of no towels before 8 am and you have to be on the sunbed not just leave your towel and disappear for the day. The bar staff are so accommodating and friendly especially Francesco ,Jordi,Ruben, Aiarena and Alejandro who made our stay even more special. We will certainly return

We spent 8 days here which is more than enough. We were half board and most were all inclusive. There are some positives to state about this hotel but there are serious corners which have been cut.

Entertainment guy was fun eg for aqua aerobics.

Rooms need updating as entrance and communal areas look much better. A lick of paint in the bedrooms would help a lot, especially wardrobes and new mirrors in bathrooms.

Food is the biggest issue - if you like to stuff yourself as much as possible, you will be fine but otherwise the 1 restaurant serves very similar food everyday. Luckily we were not all inclusive.

The gala dinner takes place once a week on a Thursday and was much better. I think the cooking is lazy- nothing wrong with the ingredients, it is what you do with them. The salads are boring and same eg cucumber tomatoes, grated carrot, lettuce. Only on gala night did we see Russian salad- very popular in the tapas bars in Spain. Gala night also had a nice cabbage type salad. There were also some tapas on gala night and fresh shellfish. There was also a wider choice of fresh fruit and deserts.

If you want sausages, ham and mushrooms, be my guest - slanted to the German market which made up most of the clientele.

Some food seemed to bought in and the fact that such an effort seemed to be made for the gala dinner just shows what the hotel can do if it wants.

Coffee was dreadful from the machines. I tried to mix a few options to help but no better.

I understand that the gala dinner takes several days to prepare but just some of the better choice could be included daily surely.

As we were half board, we felt somewhat cheated. Perhaps the hotel needs a second restaurant for non inclusive with better choices.

The gym - equipment was fine but far too small for a hotel with 7 floors. More than 3 people, then you need to come back another time. Then you need a separate key card from reception and you can’t use your room card which is a little strange.

Had a fantastic stay in this hotel, we got greeted by a lovely lady on reception who booked us in smoothly and quickly, hotel was spotless and all staff friendly, what a refreshing change no sunbed wars in the morning, and if anyone did put towels down the pool guy soon moved them , ( hooray for the pool guy , was hilarious to watch when people came back and no towels 🤣) food was excellent and plenty of choice, the restaurant felt like a restaurant and not like a canteen, all the kids in the hotel were well behaved and the holiday club for our granddaughter was fantastic, great shout out to the animation team , all in all will definitely return.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at, with exceptional service from all staff. Rooms are lovely, with the land view rooms definitely more spacious than the pool view rooms. The beds are comfy and even though there is a disco opposite, the triple glazing works well.
The pool area is big, plenty of loungers and you don't have to be there too early to get them! The beach is only a 5 minute walk, but although I love the beach, I spent most of the time by the pool as it was quieter, spacious and can get drinks whenever.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, working hard to make the guests happy.
The resturant was good, with lots of fresh, varied food each day. There is waiter service for drinks in both the restaurant and bar, means you don't have to queue at night to get a drink, which is a great advantage. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
The entertainment wasn't up to much, but with an extensive all inclusive drinks menu and a pack of cards, that was more than enough! If you are British, you will be a minority, as it was mainly German people staying there. Not that this bothered me but did feel a bit left out with the animation man, who did favour Germans!
Overall though I was very impressed with this hotel, which I am hard to please, so this did live up to my expectations. I would recommend staying here.

We booked Hotel Said through Jet2, expecting a luxury 10-day break. Instead, we received nothing close to what was promised and had a holiday full of stress, poor treatment, and complete lack of accountability from the hotel.

On arrival, we were told we wouldn’t be staying at Hotel Said and were moved to another HIP hotel instead — with no explanation. We were put into a taxi which they covered cost and taken to another HIP hotel all the cases did not fit in so one had to go over my family's knees. The stress after travelling all day was at a high.

The hotel was a cheaper room cost. No working fridge -broken which I need for insulin . Also why I booked 10 months in advance and contact the hotel via email before we travel to make sure id booked and looked at hotels that could meet my needs.
We arrived around 11pm on the 28th and didn't get moved and into the Temp room hotel hipocampo till after 12.30 midnight so the 29th.
We struggled to get any food as most places close at 12.00 again this issue was caused by the hotel.
This completely disrupted the start of our trip. We contacted Jet2 immediately and were told a taxi would take us back the next day. First thing after breakfast as we were booked half board. We had breki at the Temp hotel and asked if we could return to our original hotel said.
Then staff called and said it would be after 12.00 noon before the rooms would be ready. So we were left waiting around as we had been asked to check out of temp hotel.
I received a call around 11.20am to say the rooms were ready and to ask the hotel staff to get us a taxi back and they would pay for it.
But after waiting over 2 hours outside with our luggage, we were told there were no taxis available and staff at the hotel actually told us it would be best to walk back — which we were forced to do, cases and all. I am a registered disabled guest and no help or support was offered. As a result, we had to cancel my birthday plans, which was a key reason for the holiday in the first place. Not once did anyone apologise or try to make things right.

When we finally got into the hotel we actually booked, we were made to feel like we were a problem. We didn’t receive welcome drinks like other guests, and the staff showed zero empathy. We were promised a meeting with management — that never happened.

The issues didn’t stop there. The tourism tax computer was down when we arrived at Hotel Said, and we were told to pay it at check-out. But six days in, we received letters in our rooms, phone calls, and even contact from Jet2 claiming we had refused to pay. That was completely false. We paid it immediately when asked — again, another mistake on the hotel’s end, but we were treated as if we were at fault.

Also six days in, we were suddenly told to pay a €100 room deposit per room. This was never mentioned when we booked through Jet2, and when I spoke to Jet2 directly, they said they were unaware of this policy. I was told by the hotel it was standard practice, and that’s fine — but why wait six days? Why not tell us when we arrived? I travel frequently (six holidays this year alone), and I’ve never experienced anything like this.

The hotel itself was clean and the pool area was pleasant, but the food was often cold and poor in quality. The overall experience felt heavily catered towards German guests, and it didn’t feel inclusive for others.

We were offered €94 total compensation for four adults across two rooms — only to be spent within the hotel. That’s an insult considering everything we went through.

This was not the luxury holiday we paid for. Our trip was completely spoiled. The hotel and its staff made us feel like an inconvenience, when in reality they were at fault. A formal complaint has been made with Jet2, and I would never stay at a HIP hotel again.

I do not recommend Hotel Said to anyone expecting a quality experience.

A lovely, friendly, clean hotel in a fantastic spot, just a short stroll to all the shops, bars and restaurants. A warm welcome at reception with a glass of fizz which was lovely after travelling. The rooms were very clean and not a bad size with great aircon. The choice of food in the buffet was of a high standard and we enjoyed every meal time. Breakfast was exceptional. Lovely, clean pool area with plenty of sunbeds and a really nice size pool with the bar not too far away. Nice selection of sandwiches, pastries and fruit at lunch if you didn't fancy the buffet. Overall we had an amazing stay here and the staff were outstanding in every area. The only thing for us was the nightclub next door, we were in room 522 and although our balcony looked out to the pool/sea, we had a side window right on to the club and were woken up 5 out of the 7 nights with the noise and it was loud, that would be our only downside to this otherwise amazing hotel.

First solo trip ..and amazing !! Hotel was great , staff fab and worked so hard ( not even German) on arrival offered sparkling wine !! ..check in quick and easy ... no issue with sunbeds..so no early alarm 🙌..food amazing ..only suggestion would be labels on food as veggie ..more veggie snacks !! But I didn't starve .my room was immaculate x

Edit of first review which has been deleted. So glad to be on the way home. No food labels so gluten free forget it. Rude staff unless you are Spanish or German. They do not like English especially all inclusive. You will be ignored all night while they serve drinks to everyone else. This morning while we had an hour we went to sunbathe got told you can't leave your towels which we weren't but 2 German families yes no problem reserve a full row of sunbeds while you have breakfast. Beyond believe. Never again.

I stayed at Hipotels Said 7 nights with my family(wife and 5 years old daughter) and all i can say is that everything was at the highest standards, we were expected with champagne and chocolates, the room was very spacious and modern looking with a partial sea view, the cleaning, spotless, the staff very polite and helpfull and the facilities were for all tastes, even though we didn't try them all. The distance to the sea side was like 200m/2 minutes walk, the hotel beeing placed in the center of Cala Millor. The food was very good and very diverse dishes. We had a litle problem at the arrival, they didn't had our room ready even though we arrived at 01:00 AM but they managed it very well, we've been transfered to a 5 star hotel nearby and given a compensation for our stay for the situation created with the apologies from the manager. They made for us a very pleasant stay, we recomend them.

This is our third time staying at the hotel and we really enjoyed our time here again. This was a family holiday with myself, my sister, mother, auntie, cousin and uncle and we all had an amazing time!

The hotel is in a perfect location only a 2 minute walk to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming (special mention to the bar staff Juan Pablo and Francisco who are amazing! ).

We really enjoyed the aqua aerobics and Pilates with Bechir who was hilarious and made it so fun!

We stayed in a triple room with a pool view and sea view which was lovely.

There is plenty of choice for food and drinks and we love gala night on Thursday. Also special mention to all the restuarant staff who remember us and are so friendly!

The area is great for a range of different ages as it also has the bar Bananas and the club Havana next door for younger people but some lovely cocktail bars too for quieter nights. We have no issues with the noise from the club as the balcony doors are big and block this out.

We will hopefully be returning again next year for our 4th visit!

We recently at this hotel with our son and his family. Staff were very friendly, rooms and general areas were spotless, food and choices excellent. We would definitely return and thought Cala Millor was a lovely resort too with a beautiful beach.

Great hotel in a great location in Cala Millor, 5 minutes from the beach and only a few minutes from the shops and a little funfair, perfect for kids. There is a nightclub on the side of the hotel, our room was opposite but it had 2 lots of double glazed doors so we never heard a thing. The hotel was really clean and tidy, the chamber maids came every day which was lovely and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant had a good variety of food for all meals, always something we liked to eat and the Gala Dinner on a Thurs night was great. Never had issues with sunbeds and we had our pool towels changed every few days which was more than enough. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi which we used when the weather was a little overcast to be outside. The pool outside and the outside area was so clean and tidy too. The entertainment team were good with the kids, it was quiet when we were there so it was a nice little place for my son to go to. Easy to get a bus or taxi to the local resorts, Sa Coma, Cala Bona, or get a 4 wheeled bike for a ride along the seafront. We also got a boat to Cala Ratjada too.

Spotlessly clean. All staff were great. Two sets of double glazing so rooms facing the disco are perfectly quiet. Food good but aimed towards the German guests as was the entertainment. No kettle in the room and all inclusive did not allow bottles of water

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly helpful staff with a glass of champagne or orange juice . we had an adapted room which was ideal , it was very large with a great bathroom .
the hotel is really nice with very good food . The pool area is really nice with lots of sunbeds but the pool is a bit chilly !

it is a few minutes walk to the beautiful sea front . everywhere is very clean .
i would definitely recommend this hotel we will be back again next year
