I won’t recommend this place and will never stay there again.

The location.

Cons:

Everything else. It’s an old building and my room on the 5th floor wasn’t up to par. The windows couldn’t be closed, the curtains were dirty, there was no lotion in the bathroom , etc. This place is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. I couldn’t wait to check out an move to a better place nearby.

A cozy place in a great central location, offering good value for money overall.
Pros:

I really liked that the room was cozy, the staff was very kind, and the location was excellent, right in the center of San Francisco.

Cons:

The only downside was that my room faced an interior yard where there was a ventilation/exhaust system from a nearby restaurant, which was quite loud and made sleeping a bit difficult. Also, while I understand that daily cleaning is not necessary, for stays of almost a week it would be nice if someone checked or cleaned the room at least once every 3–4 days. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Comfortable and did the job for what I needed
Pros:

Location was a good place and the facilities did exactly what I needed

Cons:

Never hardly saw anyone on front desk had to go to the other hotel round corner if needed anything

It was a good deal with a greatlocation.
Pros:

Location and good value for accommodation.

I never saw another person--no staff at the desk etc. It was ok but if I had needed help with anything it would have been a problem.

Hatte eine gute Lage, war gut ausgestattet und sicher

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war ein Fenster nicht abgedichtet. Somit war es sehr kalt und wir haben keine erstattung bekommen obwohl wir es nach der ersten Nacht schon erwähnt haben. Uns wurden nur decken angeboten und dass es jemand repariert. Die decken sind gekommen die reparatur nicht.
