Good location but that’s about the only good comment I can make. Would not recommend or return.
Pros:

The friends we met up with!

Cons:

Took 3 attempts to actually get a room that was acceptable and reception staff were not very helpful. Took an hour and a half to finally get checked into a half decent room. Even then it didn’t have any towels. When this was pointed out staff handed them over from reception instead of delivering to room. Very poor customer service.

Great staff. Beautiful building. Terrible holiday
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff who really cared about their guests.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

We paid for a premium room. It was huge with a lovely view. Unfortunately the bed was up against a wall and fixed in place. No good if you are larger or disabled. We were moved to a different room that was much easier. The curtain was ripped and filthy.
Both rooms had jet baths that didn't work and smelled really bad.
Parking is difficult
Evening meal was appalling

Disgusting, Dont waste your time
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. We didnt end up staying in this hotel as was put in a room in the basement, we are an elderly man with heart problems and old lady with copd, The lift yo that floor was out of order. No staff in sight around tgese gloors to ask anything or help with the total shit show signage for the exit.. then when we asked if we can change rooms the staff were quite rude , told us the hotel was fully booked even tho I could go on booking.com and book rooms. We eventually left after sending don inlaw back down for our bags. I want a refund, This place is disgusting and would not recommend it to anybody
