Checkin was very good, we was seen by a new guy he was really Friendly and helpful had a lovely smile, The other colleague I believe was Barbara also very nice and helpful, we had a double bed instead of two singles these colleagues was quick to sort this for us. The food was nice we had breakfast and dinner, always something we enjoyed. Location was great.
No fault of the hotel, but the seagulls are so loud very early hours in the morning
I like the sea view we received and the spacious bathroom
The door to the bathroom didnt close, it also had a lock in the door that didnt reach the latch for it to lock so it was completely pointless it even being there. There was cracks in the ceiling and the light above one of the beds flickers constantly
Very little
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I paid for a sea view double room, they checked me in initially to a twin room. The seagulls poo and feathers on the window was disgusting, so instead of a sea view I closed the curtains. The towel rail in the bathroom was stuck to the wall and I brushed it against it and it fell off the wall. The shower wouldn’t drain so I was stood in dirty water. There were not toiletries. Wallpaper was hanging off the wall and the room was filthy, and stank.
Im getting to know the building so far so I will talk about one area but it will never be a complaint, I went to the bar and balcony for the first time and was amazed by the view however being an entertainment designer I could see railings decided it with a small gap, I think with a few straight planters in a line this area will bloom for romance and socialising and the bar takings will go up as only one other hotel across the bridge has that view, the bar sells coffee but has no nice cake or desert to draw people into this bar and balcony outside the main event time, there was a sign coffee lounge and I think this bar was it but i could see in my mind cakes under glass domes, squirty cream or maybe order a Pizza from the kitchen and these micro events can be advertised in every room, you see I want a reason to come 4 times a year and pow could a low key dj work because when I ran pubs the entertainer used to say any requests and we would ask for 2 smooches to get the couples dancing together, this is the only baloney I’ve seen that can build mass romance and that’s people always returning, I’m not sure about the plastic glasses but I can’t change everything
The switches on the bath didn’t turn the pumps of so the TVD had to be used for local switching which is a no no, if repair not feesable fit a pull cord for £8
Great location, entertainment and hotel

Unhelp reception bur otherwise good
Nothing
I didn't like anything about this hotel
