after rest and clean up exelent
Pros:

we booled a room without a window as we are pensioners. room was booked for 3pm but we arrived a12 wife had COPD attack and feeling unwell and bad on feet I asked if a room was ready for her to rest? she said she would check all managers were in meeting could we call back at 1pm we sat and had cuppa. we called back at 1pm and were offered a see view room with bath so we could freshen up. we paid extre £10 but that was good value.

Cons:

nothing in my oppinion but if more pensioners could be helped like this it would be very friendly and caring? some pensioners like us with little money and health issues would be delighted?
