Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was very good and spacious.

Cons:

There were only a couple of small things I didn’t like, the flush on the toilet was really awkward to use, and the handle on the sliding door to the balcony was also a bit heavy and clunky. Although it was next to the sea, there was no access to it and no beaches.

Buon hotel, personale attento
Pros:

Hotel con piscina. Camera abbastanza grande, con vista sulla vicina via e supermercato. Posizione buona, centro distante a piedi 40-45 minuti circa. Ottimi i prodotti bagno in omaggio. Colazione ben fornita e varia, sia salato che dolce. Personale molto cordiale e attento anche alla gestione di intolleranze e allergie.

Cons:

Pulizia da migliorare, molta polvere e macchie sul copriletto. Nella camera per disabili valutare una soluzione per non allagare completamente il bagno ad ogni doccia, predisporre per lo meno anche delle tendine. Utilizzo piscina 10-17 a giugno, un po' restrittivo.

We found the hotel by accident but turned out an excellent hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked it to have some rest before going to Catania airport. We hardly had any sleep in the previous stay so we’re very tired and we arrived hotel Nettuno very early , even before 10 am.The gentleman Giuseppe ( I hope I typed correctly his name) received us and understood our situation. He was very kind and very helpful.

Pas vraiment un 4*...
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien, copieux et varié, et de qualité.
La chambre est assez grande, avec un frigo (ce qui est apprécié). La chambre donne sur la mer avec un balcon.
La piscine est grande!

Cons:

L'emplacement... l'hôtel est assez loin du centre, et les bus sont...très aléatoires!
La façade de l'hôtel ne fait pas du tout hôtel 4*...
La vue de la chambre donne sur la mer et sur le parc pour enfant avec lumière et sur une route très passante! Beaucoup de bruit et de pollution...
La climatisation n'est pas réglable dans la chambre, il faut demander à l'accueil... pas très pratique !
Sur nos nuits, il a fallu réclamer pour avoir des sticks de café (3 sticks pour 5 nuits pour 2...). C'est peut être une "broutille" mais c'est dommage de devoir réclamer pour le prix pour un hôtel 4*
L'accès à la plage n'est pas possible (suite à une tempête début d'année), mais ce n'était pas mentionné lors de la réservation...
Cet hôtel est aussi utilisé pour des réceptions... sur nos nuits, nous avons eu 2 soirées de réception, et 3 jours de réception d'un tournoi de volley avec 3 équipes de joueurs adolescents qui faisaient du bruit le soir dans les couloirs de l'hôtel, jouaient au ballon... pas très reposant ! Dommage...

Hôtel avec de très bons critères à un tarif très raisonnable.

Les réceptionnistes et divers personnels ont été accueillants et disponibles.
La piscine aménagée de transats et parasols est un plus non négligeable.
Les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux.
La situation face à la mer d’un côté et face à l’Etna de l’autre, est très agréable.

Great place to explore from.
Pros:

Location, bit noisy outside but that goes with the location.
Safe parking for Motorcycles and gear Breakfast with a good Pool. Plenty going on around the Hotel

Äldre hotell med en god frukost och bra pool.
Pros:

Frukosten var jättebra, det var mycket att välja mellan. Poolen var det bästa med hotellet som låg i utkanten av stan.

Cons:

Det låg lite långt från centrum samt lite äldre och slitet hotell.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff kind and helpful.
Pros:

Location was great. Grocery store right next door and the Mediterranean right across the street. The free breakfast was diverse and delicious. Large pool with chairs and lounge areas. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

A lot of street noise at night. The beach that was supposed to come with the hotel was closed for construction. Pool hours were limited.
