El jacuzzi es lo único rescatable ya que estaba limpio y con buen funcionamiento.

Cons:

Pésima atención al huésped, nada amigables a la hora del check in, no fueron empáticos a la hora de atender la llegada ya que estaba lloviendo y llevaba una niña y mi madre que es tercera edad, el desayuno estaba lleno de cabellos y se le tuvo que hacer de conocimiento la situación a una de las meseras del restaurante. No hay ninguna amenidad ni cafetera ni mini nevera ni nada de cortesía. NADA

A good value for money hotel with modern design, a great outdoor pool and gym in top city location .
Pros:

The hotel is good value, with a modern design in good location for restaurants. The breakfast is adequate with a good selection of fruits, bread, eggs and sausage with options for seating inside and outside. The hotel has the best pool for size depth and design compared with the other central hotels. There is a floor above the pool with a jacuzzi which has a good view over the city at night. There is a good poolside bar and beergarden adjoining. The gym is well equipped and open 24 hours. The staff at reception are very helpful and the staff who clean the rooms every day replacing towels give an excellent and very thorough service. i would say it is an excellent hotels for couples wanting a romantic escape or families visiting Panama.

Cons:

Even though it looks like a new hotel, when you arrive with suitcases you are met with stairs and there is no ramp as an option to enter the hotel if you have heay bags, which would seem to be a design fault. That would be my only criticism
