Pros:

Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel.
Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights!
The staff were more than helpful!
Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class.
We had dinner and it was worth trying!

Pros:

staff was outstanding. Food was delicious, rooms were comfortable but quite basic.

Cons:

slippers in the room would have been helpful and some bed lamps would have been nice.

Pros:

Kantipur Temple House is an anstonishing place. The architecture is build with a tremendous quality and attatention to detail in traditional Nepalalese classicial style. Everything is handmade and the woodcarvings is of no lesser quality than the temples is Durbari Square. The building has a relexing athmoshphere and feels otherworldy. The courtyard looks like a temple from ancient times. The staffs exeptional service make the place come alive. Thanks to Aparna, Ganesh, Arjun, Reiskumart and the rest of the staff for an amazing experience.

I felt at home from the moment i got there. The original plan was to stay there for only two days, but we stayed there for a week. Other hotels pale in comparsion. To experience Kathmandu from a traditonal Hotel gives an unique experience. I hope to come back here som day. The service at this Hotel is the best I have seen. They have great medititation classes aswell.

很安静，很干净，工作人员特别好，特别是前台很有耐心人很好，早餐也可以，瑜伽老师很帅气，整个氛围感很好，看别人说水不热，我感觉是很好的，很热的，推荐的.拍照片真的很好看，喜欢拍照的别错过了.

Pros:

A truly unique accommodation experience inside an ancient temple. The hotel is eco-friendly and doesn’t offer bottled water — drinking water is served in an antique iron kettle. Though the atmosphere may be a little dim, the hotel provides electric blankets, and the warm-hearted staff also prepare hot water bags and heaters for each room, so it’s not cold at all even in winter. It’s also incredibly photogenic.

Muy bien ubicado y personal excepcional.
Pros:

El personal es excepcional, super amable y profesional. El hotel es eco-friendly y sorprende el sistema de acondicionamiento tradicional de las habitaciones (estufas eléctricas y bolsas de agua caliente en la cama a la antigua usanza). Desayuno excelente y una ubicación privilegiada en el barrio de Thamel.
