Disney Newport Bay Club

Everything went well, rooms,staff, food, all excellent.

The room was clean but far too hot. The air con said it was 19 degrees so it wouldn’t turn on however we both felt it was much warmer than that. There was construction right outside our window which was a little disappointing as we were celebrating a 40th birthday so didn’t feel that special. The bathroom was very dated in comparison to the photos.

The staff we interacted with were kind & helpful. They were obviously understaffed and lacking in proper resources to help or fix issues guests had. Check-in is at 3p- our rooms were not ready until 4:20p.

The rooms were deplorable- dirty & falling apart. The bathrooms were moldy and gritty. The toilet in one room wouldn’t flush- almost overflowed. The cribs were both broken. Drinking glasses were covered in a visible layer of dust. The coffee mugs were also dirty on the inside as well as outside. The room was hot and the AC/ heat system was weak and barely moved the air.
This is nowhere near Disney standards-other than the $520/night price. Shameful facility with a hard working helpful staff.

Just magical

Fabulous, over the top experience!! We got in late and our room wasn’t available for some reason. So we were UPGRADED to the most beautiful, huge suite! The pool was 86degrees and so unique! Had a hot tub and baby pool if needed. Jordan, the concierge, was beyond helpful. Gave us a bag for our wet swimsuits, walked us to the ice AND water machines that we couldn’t find (kind of hidden) and showed us the hotel perfume spray, which we purchased. Buylaine in the gift shop also went above and beyond at helping us get the Disney characters out of their HUGE pkg so we could take just them on the train and not the whole big box. Took her 10+ min, but she did it all and with a smile. Then gave my son a little extra treat for him counting all the characters!! Could NOT have been a better experience!! Will definitely book here again when we come back to Disneyland Paris ☺️

We have been staying here for many years (around 30!) and it is usually our hotel of choice when visiting Disneyland Paris but, sadly, the hotel is now badly in need of renovation. The public areas are fine but the rooms are tired, dirty and rundown. The enamel bath was rusty. Grouting around the tiles is brown. Gaps in the skirting and around the toilet. Given the lovely refurbs the New York and Disneyland Hotel have had, this resort needs some serious TLC.

Hotel communal areas very nice however bedroom was very dated. Cannot use pool on day of departure, we were turned away with a little boy in tears. First I've ever heard of this rule across the world especially when this is meant to be a magical place with a premium price.

What a beautiful Hotel. All the staff are amazing. Couldn’t be more friendly.
Hotel security checks make you feel safe. Located very close to Disneyland. Fast efficient FREE bus service.
Early morning bag drop sp you can head straight to the parks.
We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

A good experience for access to Disney parks. Rooms are slightly aged....can expect a long walk to your rooms based on location. Buffet food was very good. Dining experience slightly flawed on purchase of drinks etc....not chargeable to room.

We had an amazing stay at the Disney Newport Bay Hotel within walking distance to Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The interior decor in the rooms looked dated (two superior rooms were booked for this stay) and could be cleaner.

Stayed here on a room only basis for 5 nights. A short stroll to the park entrances and a variety of shops and restaurants to chose from on the way.
The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was spotless with a very powerful shower over the bath. The bed was very comfortable and our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel. Facilities within the hotel were great and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool was available if you needed a break from the parks.
Overall we had a very great stay at this hotel and the staff were attentive and pleasant every time we interacted with them.

The hotel thermostats are controlled leading to very hot rooms. Limited dinning. Very convenient location to Disneyland Parks.

Old outdated hotel ..choose only if you want to go to Disneyland.. nothing much to add.. rooms are crappy and doors can’t close or lock in bathrooms. Mold everywhere 😟😣

We had some minor issues with our room originally (window didn’t open and fan not working), but staff corrected it right away. Easy walk to the parks and Downtown Disney.
