Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage - direkt neben dem Eingang des Parks gelegen ist es perfekt für Famillien mit kleineren Kindern, die mal eine Pause am Nachmittag einlegen wollen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, demnach ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

ディズニーパークのエントランスから徒歩1分です。ホテルに初めて入る時にだけ荷物検査がありますが、パークに入るときにはありません。お値段は高いですがとにかく便利！プリンセスがホテル内を散策していたりお城のようです🎵

フロントにはたくさんスタッフがいて、チェックインや荷物を預けるのもとてもスムーズでした。
インターネットの接続も部屋の広さも快適です。
交通機関は駅がすぐそばにあり、駅にはコンビニやスターバックスなど少しの買い物や食事には困らないです。

Hotel mit super Lage, aber Preisleistung zu hoch.

Ausgezeichnete Lage! Die Zimmer Preise etwas überteuert. Das einchecken verlief etwas zu langsam, das Zimmer war erst um 15:30 bereit! Wir haben zu viert eingecheckt, aber das Zimmer war für 2 Personen vorbereitet, es fehlten 2 Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Die Regenschirme muss man in diesem 5* Hotel bezahlen!!! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! Einmal wurde vergessen unser Zimmer aufzuräumen und sauber zu machen. Wir haben reklamiert, dann wurde abends alles sauber gemacht. Pool war viel kleiner als abgebildet.

An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited.
