The rooms felt very dated, but a perfect budget room on DLP property!
Wonderful hotel to base ourselves for Disneyland
A great Disney hotel - my Cars obsessed son absolutely LOVED it. Convenient location with easy shuttle to and from Disneyland. We loved that it included the extra magic hour on each day of your stay. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but enjoyed the time we did have there. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.
Perfect
Basic hotel that needs a bit of a refresh. Adequate accommodation though as you only need the facilities to sleep in as you spend most of the time in the Parks. No tea or coffee facilities in your room and the vending machine that you can use once a day, is often out of order.
The property was generally good. Limited food options, a food court arrangement like disneyworld would have been better. Some of the staff were not really helpful and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t really feel the magic that Disney stands for
We had a wonderful time at the santa fe hotel, our son who is a disney car nut couldn't get enough of the hotel. The bus to and from the hotel to the disney parks was so handy but you could also walk to them in 20 minutes and was a lovely walk . All in all this is a great option as compared to the other disney hotels this is a great price with most of the options of more expensive hotels in the area
Had everything we needed for our trip
Great
It was great
The breakfast was always cold. And really wasn’t worth the money paid for it. Staff were accommodating and when they realised there was 2 groups on a separate booking they put us close together. The only other issue was they put us upstairs when we had an 8 month old in the party which we obviously had a pram for this made it difficult trying to get up and down the stairs.
I would definitely not stay again. No air con in the 35 degree august heat. Rooms unbearably hot. No shower curtain when we arrived, have to wait 3hrs for one to arrive. Beds were rock hard. No fridge. Towels were thin and cheap. Staff not helpful on reception when asking about shower curtain - kept saying they would call back but didn’t. Cleaning staff unfriendly and unhelpful. The one (!) refillable drink station was broken - only letting hot water out. Said someone was coming to fix it but didn’t happen over our 2 nights. This surely would be a priority in the extreme heat? Any normal Starbucks give ice water if you ask for it, not here. They were charging for tap water!!!!! Hotels advice was to “use toilet water”. Yes those exact words.
The only positive was plenty of car parking spaces, Disney gift shop and close to parks (15-20m walk - half of which was through Disney village).
Sorry, but France just don’t have the customer service and amenities like America can provide for Disney. France gives Disney a bad rep for customer service.
We need a kettle and fridge in the room
Do yourself a favor and book into Hotel New York the Art of Mavel to start your Disney experience the right way. The entry experience to Sante Fe was less than magical and more like entering a desert hell. When we got to the room with no air conditioning, dirty sheets and fire alarm testing that went on for half an hour we complained and luckily got the privilege of paying double just to get out! This entire hotel complex needs to be leveled.
Amazing
Property was lovely themed, walkway to the parks was easy, good breakfast, staff were excellent
Not the cleanest
A tuna sandwich from the bar got me sick for 2 days
5 stars to the staff and the service
Convenient shuttle bus to Disney
Free parking just near the room.
Reception helpful, great budget Disney hotel, shuttle very easy. Room cleaned every day. Starbucks and Disney shop on site.
Wonderful hotel with great theming. Room was clean and well looked after. Basic as its a 2* hotel, but plenty of room and amenities for just myself.
Before travelling I was concerned about temperature as the hotel does not have air conditioning. But I was pleasantly surprised. Air con would have been better, but with me leaving curtains closed in the day, then opening the window in the evening and having the fan on in the evening and at night I slept comfortably despite the heatwave.
My room was well located being only about 3mins from the main reception and shop area, but also right on the path to the parks. In total it took just 8minutes to reach the Disney Village and only 18minutes to get to the park entrance.
Tickets were included in my booking and it was super easy to add the booking to the Disneyland Paris app so I could get my MagicPass and book restaurants etc.
Property feels dated compare to US Disney properties, but the staff is great, friendly and helpful. Food was just ok. It’s quite a walk from the parks and the shuttles can be crowded.
