Disney Hotel Cheyenne

Hotel has a great location 15 minutes walk from the Park with a bus going every 12 minutes. Arrival was friendly and efficient.

Room was spacious with a room safe, Tv, coffee machine and kettle plus 2 bottles of Vittel mineral water. It is tired though, with the decoration and bathroom all looking worn. The bath drain was blocked so did not drain - I reported it to reception but nothing was done before I left. The hair dryer was pretty weak so you are better bringing your own.

On my day of checkout cleaners tried to barge in twice before 11am without knocking, which I found upsetting as I was getting dressed at the time.

For the money it was fine and the stay includes park tickets, which includes an extra hour of entry.

Awful customer service

While the overall condition of the hotel and service was great, certain aspects of the room did feel a little outdated.

Good location for Disney

Dream place, property is in good condition. But the room quality is below standard for the money.

Nice basic hotel, we only booked it to gain early access to the parks.
The room was clean, a little outdated. The duvet covers did have some seams burst so a little attention to detail is needed.

Convenient position and clean

Had an amazing stay. Staff were very helpful on arrival. Clean and comfortable. Made our Disney trip extra special.

This hotel is great as a rest stop to the busy days at the parks. It is basic but that’s reflected in the price you pay. If your just looking for somewhere to sleep and your now to worried about all the little extras then this is a great option. Staff were friendly and helpful and they maintain cleanliness of the whole site.

We liked the Location, area around the hotel. Facilities and staffing. Check in and check out was smoothly done. Hotel provides transportation/ shuttle bus to the Disney park, very frequently.

Really liked the layout, good for a family and well thought out. Only issue is that both the television and the coffee machine malfunctioned.

Excellent place to stay for Disney! 10 minute walk to the village and parks, we went with family and asked for joining rooms and this wasn’t a problem. Such a lovely place proper old western look we all loved it.

Perfect place to stay when going to Disney - the shuttle bus means that you can take breaks from Disney with kids and return several times a day without hassle. The rooms had everything we needed and the onsite dining, shopping and laundry made it a breeze with an 8 year old.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel early and the check in staff got us a room early as we had flown in from Australia- which was very much appreciated. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the turning of the hotel was great.

I liked the distance to the parks and the theming.

Stuff really friendly, room was clean enough and comfortable. The only downside really was that there was no mini fridge. Looks like a Disney rule.

Queue 15 minutes to drop bags off. Queued 15 minutes for information desk. Went early for breakfast to avoid queues. Very few seats in reception.

Very convenient to Disneyland.
