Ambiance magnifique les piscines

L’ambiance , les piscines le jaccuzzi avec une vue magnifique

Cons:

Le fait qu’il faut payer un supplément pour une Check out à 13h au lieu de midi et pour rester à la piscine la journée du Check out et déjeuner il faut aussi payer un supplément … c’est pénible surtout quand vous avez votre vol jusqu’au soir

Pros:

El personal, concretamente Serbo de recepción que nos ayudó muchísimo con problemas en las reservas. Y la limpieza de todo el hotel muy buena.

Cons:

Los extranjeros que había en el hotel, eran unos maleducados.

El personal, el trato fue excelente. Grandes profesionales ,desde los chicos de recepción,camaero@s y personal de limpieza.
Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Las instalaciones estaban impecables .

Cons:

No nos gustó la animación . Dejó mucho que desear y sólo hablaban en inglés.
En las piscinas grandes,se estaba levantando la pintura y de cerca no lucían bonitas .

Couldn’t recommend this hotel for the price, but also don’t know how it would compare to other hotels in the area.
Pros:

The cleaning staff was very nice. Some of the reception staff was pleasant. Check in was a little redundant because all the information was previously requested through email.

Cons:

We had 2 bedrooms next to each other. The 4 actual beds were very uncomfortable, the sofa bed was actually the most comfortable in either room. The hotel bathroom was definitely outdated, chips on the toilet, etc. One room had a musty smell while the other room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The pool was ice cold, even though it was advertised as being heated. All four hot tubs were broken and taped off for the first 3 days of our 4 day stay without a word from the front desk when we checked in. There was a very limited amount of lounge chairs compared to the amount of guests staying at the hotel. This was made worse by no policy against reserving as many chairs as possible first thing in the morning and not actually utilizing them through the day. I personally witnessed many chairs with towels that sat for hours through the day while other guests had to leave because there was nowhere to sit.
The food was average, definitely a lot of variety and constantly refreshed. Seating was plentiful and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The snack options after dinnertime was limited to a mini fridge with packaged sandwiches. Ice cream and smoothies were offered at extra cost.
