Far from a 5 star hotel, but solid 4 stars
Pros:

Excellent location next to the Faro, good access to beach and promenade. Clean. Very friendly staff. And adults only, during my visit, average age of about 75, so you can feel young!

Cons:

The hotel is extremely dark, be careful when using stairs! The area, while nice, is extremely noisy with music late in the evening and deliveries starting at 4am. You have to keep the windows closed if you want to sleep without interruption. And what they call Garden View rooms was in my case, with a superior room, a view over the parking and traffic circle! While friendly, the staff is inconsistent in what they are doing: I had days where I had 3 or 5 bath towels in the room instead of the two which should be there - but face towels were missing! Far from a 5 star experience, I would rate it solid 4 star.

Bello e rilassante, grazie al adults only, personale molto attento e gentile.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, area piscina e i locali di restaurazione carini e ottimo cibo. Personale molto gentile e attento.

Cons:

Troppo scuro x un albergo in zona mare, poca luce nelle camere sopratutto per truccarsi, sala gioco usata x attivitá di pilates e yoga non appropriata. Rooftop bar carino ma senza vibes abbastanza noioso. Mancanza di acqua in palestra e di tappetini. Dispenser con Acqua (con limone o menta) nella zona reception o piscina mancanti x un albergo di questo livello.

Buena ubicación, pero cena muy por debajo del nivel esperado
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es sin duda su ubicación, muy cómoda para moverse. La habitación era amplia, con un baño bien equipado y una cama muy confortable.

Cons:

La cena estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel de 5 estrellas: calidad baja, productos poco frescos y una oferta bastante pobre. Sinceramente, sería preferible que ofrecieran solo desayuno antes que mantener este nivel en las cenas.

Sin duda, para mí es el mejor hotel de Gran Canaria. Su ubicación es inmejorable y tanto el personal como el nivel de confort y la calidad de la comida son excelentes. Estoy deseando volver.

Perfect hotel in a great location
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel in what must be one of the best locations on Gran Canaria.
The decor is modern and stylish. We especially loved the rooms, so much thought has gone into the layout. It felt calm and uncluttered but definitely not bare as some hotel rooms can be.
Room service is second to non and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, we were made to feel special and valued at all times.
The hotel is on the sea front and we chose a superior room which had a corner balcony with superb views.
The pool was amazing as was the roof top terrace.
We definitely felt we had good value for money.
The area around the hotel has absolutely everything you need to have an great holiday. So many restaurants, shops and just the right amount of entertainment.
Perfect for couples.
The breakfast at the hotel was lovely with lots of chose and we had some great poolside meals. We ate out every night, had some delicious meals and didn't feel as though anything was overpriced.
