Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Faro fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bienvenidos y cuidados, especialmente por Michael y Daniel.
Lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel es su equipo. Todo el personal, sin excepción, fue increíblemente amable, profesional, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que disfrutan su trabajo y hacen que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa.
Las instalaciones son excelentes, la ubicación es perfecta y el ambiente invita a relajarse y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Cada detalle está muy bien cuidado y eso hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial.
Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel al 100 %. Si están pensando en visitar Gran Canaria, el Hotel Faro es una elección fantástica. Nosotros nos llevamos recuerdos maravillosos y, sobre todo, el cariño y la atención de un equipo humano verdaderamente excepcional.

Position and services top quality
I didn't completely feel in a 5-star hotel for the service offered.
Couple of examples: 1.Cleanliness: mirror stains remained despite many days; floor was not mopped every day; terrace wasn't cleaned; the linen change didn't happen automatically on the 3rd or 4th day (as we were staying 8 nights), I called to ask to change linens and the next day they did change.
2.Staff service was good but not brilliant, not going above and beyond as a 5-star supposed to do. As well I felt reception team is a bit rude when they communicate in english and also everyone is telling different information.
NB: I am a Training and Quality manager of a 5-star hotel, I know what 5-star should feel like.

La calidad de espacios, muebles y ambientes, el desayuno, la piscina, la ubicación. El buen trato y servicio del personal de exteriores, qye nos ayudaron con el aparcamiento del voces y las maletas
El día de la salida el trato por parte del personal de recepción fue frío y cortante, muy diferente del día de la llegada
La ubicación, el personal, el desayuno y la cama
En la piscina falta de gresite y limpieza en la terraza de la habitación, tampoco me gustó que el lavabo estuviera en medio de la habitación.

Nos encantó el hotel,muy tranquilo,muy buen servicio y sobre todo el personal muy atento y amable desde los recepcionistas, camareros ,los chicos de la piscina muy atentos y siempre dispuestos ayudarte y las camareras de piso ..muy atentos todos..

Por poner un pero, fuimos a cenar la segunda noche al restaurante que está en la terraza del último piso del hotel..
La comida fría y tardaron mucho del primer plato al segundo..
The hotel was great, the 8/10 represents the value for money it is one of the more expensive hotels in the area...the pool area is fantastic genuine 5 star , location is perfect near beach , shops (lacoste rolex etc) beach clubs and restaurants. room is fantastic for solo or couples - NOT for friends as the shower and toilet are both quite exposed to the rest of the room. I was upgraded to sea view.
1) my aircon was stuck around 22.5 degrees for 2 days and then fixed when requested...it got down to 21.5... which after a few hours in the sun actually isn't that cool. I think there is some sort of air con limit which is odd for a 5 star.
2) some pool waiters/waitresses are great others not so much, you have to wave them down for a drink and once - only once a sever got annoyed that I walked up to her vs waiting 20 mins to be seen (every other day it was 5 mins)
3)the reception area is very casual but had to queue every single time I wanted to speak.
4) gym had no water facilities - this is an urgent fix needed as I was in there with one other guy and he left after 5 mins due to this.
No podemos decir que es lo que más nos ha gustado, porque todo ha superado nuestras expectativas desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida. 10/10
No hay nada malo que decir de nuestra estancia, todo son cosas positivas. Hemos disfrutado como unos enanos.
