Das gesamte Personal war „super freundlich“
Der Blick aufs Meer vom Restaurant und von der Bar.
Das Restaurant war besser als alle anderen in Maspalomas.
Die Liegen am Pool waren zwar außergewöhnlich breit und dick gepolstert, aber konnten nicht in eine Position verstellt werden, sodass man z.B. lesen konnte. Man benötigte immer ein zweites Handtuch für unter dem Kopf. Meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlkonstruktion.
Wenn man kein Bargeld dabei hat kann man dem sehr gutem Personal kein Trinkgeld geben. Die Möglichkeit einen „Tip“ auf den Bon zu schreiben gibt es nicht.
Die rooftopbar mit zwei coolen Überlaufpools ist öffentlich und nur gegen Gebühr zu nutzen.

los horarios de los restaurantes y del bar en la azotea. Es muy pronto cerrar a las 23:00 en una terraza que no molesta a nadie.
Las instalaciones son estupendas, así como la localización y la atención del personal. Son de agradecer los detalles constantes (bolsa de playa a la llegada, dulces en la mesilla todos los días…) y me gustaría destacar también el desayuno, excelente.
El ruido por la tarde-noche. Mi habitación daba a los bares que hay justo debajo, y la música es constante hasta las 23h como mínimo. Otros posibles puntos de mejora son la iluminación de la zona del lavabo y la limpieza de la terraza.
La posizione fronte mare, proprio accanto al celebre Faro di Maspalomas, è semplicemente spettacolare. Bastano pochissimi passi per ritrovarsi sulla passeggiata, circondati dai bellissimi negozi del centro commerciale e da un'incredibile varietà di ristoranti e locali.
La piscina riscaldata è una vera oasi di pace, ideale per staccare la spina e godersi un relax totale. La nostra suite era stupenda: elegante, moderna, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli.
Parcheggio in struttura ( pochi posti presenti) oppure in autosilo dove vieni accompagnato in auto di cortesia dal personale, per portare e prendere auto .
Un ringraziamento di cuore a José: la sua professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Un servizio da 10 e lode, merita assolutamente una promozione! Torneremo senza dubbio

An absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Faro Lopesan! ✨ From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location is exceptional, the reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and the hotel was spotless throughout.
The facilities were excellent and everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible variety of choices. There were so many delicious options that it was genuinely difficult to decide what to try first! 🥐🍓☕️

Einfach alles rund um perfekt. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ich auch super. Viele Restaurants und Bars in Fußnähe. Ebenso ist der Strand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
This was our third time staying. The breakfast is exceptional, the rooms are sexy, the views are magnificent, staff go above and beyond - the details are all specific and thought out. We always have a magical time.

La struttura è bellissima situata in una posizione centralissima a Maspalomas.
Piscina riscaldata e accesso alla spiaggia a pochi metri.
Lo stafff è cordialissimo e la colazione ottima con ampia scelta.
La vista dalla camera sull’oceano è insuperabile.

Consiglio solo di prenotare in anticipo il
Parcheggio perché hanno pochi posti dispinibili e in periodo di alta stagione non è facile trovar parcheggio nelle zone adiacenti all hotel.
La struttura mette comunque a disposizione la possibilità di parcheggiare in un altra struttura Lopesan convenzionata (sempre a pagamento) con un navetta che ti accompagna
La localización
Las habitaciones. Lo del lavabo en mitad del pasillo es terrible. No hay un punto de trabajo, por la falta de una silla, solo un tocón. Todo intenta ser ultramoderno, pero es bastante incómodo.
