Bardzo komfortowy wypoczynek
Pros:

Piękna lokalizacja blisko plaży. Hotel ma wszystko co jest potrzebne do idealnych wakacji. Wygodne, dobrze wyposażone, przestronne pokoje. Praktycznie wszystkie mają widok na wodę. Duży i bardzo zadbany teren hotelu. Dużo leżaków i miejsc do spędzania czasu. Dwa bary. Przepyszne jedzenie!

Cons:

Sprzątanie pokoi było poprawne. Nie były wymieniane ręczniki. Mały wybór drinków z all inclusive.

The staff were great, the room was very comfortable and we had a small patio with chairs, a table and two sun loungers. The pool area is lovely and you can walk straight onto the beach. You can also walk all the way to the dunes, if you want.

Cons:

The food was good but not excellent. Because it was a buffet the food wasn’t really hot enough at times. There was a reasonable variety and we felt that the drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel.

No me gustó que se le da más prioridad y mejor servicio a los huéspedes de media pensión o desayuno que a los que cogen todo incluido, es pésimo el servicio, no te llevan la bebida a la mesa cuando estás en el espectáculo por la noche pero si ves como q los que pagan directamente ahí tienen un mejor servicio y calidad de las bebidas. Nos quejamos en recepción y lo único que nos dijeron fue que era su servicio así.. nos cogiera la comanda de un café para estar en los sillones de afuera al lado de la playa y al rato vinieron para decirnos que no lo teníamos incluido en el todo incluido.. además nos hicieron ponernos la camiseta fuera tomándonos algo,. La peor experiencia en un hotel todo incluido.

Tiene buena relación calidad precio. Está reformado, la habitación estaba bien y limpia

La atención del personal podría mejorar. El proceso de check-in fue excesivamente lento; incluso realizaron cálculos manuales en papel, lo que dio una impresión poco profesional.
En el momento del check-out, nos solicitaron volver a la habitación para recoger las toallas de la piscina, un detalle que resulta poco acorde con el nivel esperado de un hotel de estas características.

Buffet con poca variedad y pésimo en calidad, piscina helada y vacía durante todo el día, luces que se apagan solas, la recepción no te da ningún tipo de solución a tus inquietudes, carísimo para lo que es.
