Another very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

Clean, very comfortable room. Food quality and selection was good. Nice swimming pools and right by the beach. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Water pressure was weak in my room on taps and shower.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. It is easily accessible from the airport by bus. The size and facilities of the room were perfect. I had both breakfast and dinner during my stay, and I was satisfied with everything. If someone has food allergies or dietary restrictions, they can also find suitable options, as there is a wide selection of food. The hotel building and the pool area were well maintained, and everything was very clean. There are shopping facilities both within the hotel area and nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel and its services to anyone.

Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und äußerst bemüht. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer schön und die Poolanlage eingebettet in eine herrliche Umgebung (Villen am Berg oben, Sandstrand und Meer). Ja, hie und da sind Dinge in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Gesamten ist alles sehr schön und sauber. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Dieses Hotel wird sehr gut geführt.

Mittle class hotel with beach access
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Direct beach access.

Cons:

The food on the dinner buffet was not that good. Many items were convennient food. The whole hotel is old and needs a renovation.

Die Lage direkt an der Bucht von San Agustin hat uns gefallen…
Der Schlafkomfort war ordentlich und das Bad funktional!

Cons:

Leider wurden wir im Hotel bestohlen …

Das Personal am Empfang ist nicht unbedingt emphatisch … leider! Es läuft alles nach Schema F ab! Ein Aufzug ist öfters ausgefallen - für Gäste in den oberen Etagen sicherlich ärgerlich!

Cons:

Dość monotonne śniadania , brak informacji o zakazie palenia na balkonie ,powinno być taka informacja na booking ,tym bardziej ze nie ma nigdzie tabliczek w całym hotelu ,informujących o takim zakazie , jest to hotel dla dorosłych i super ,ale 90% są to niemieccy emeryci

Un hotel de 3 estrellas mejor que varios de 4 en los que he estado
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, la playa está alli mismo, y es una buena playa. También hay cerca parada de autobuses (guaguas).
El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas, cama grande, tele grande, la ducha es muy cómoda, la zona de piscinas bonita y no tuve nunca problema para encontrar hamaca. El personal del hotel profesional y a la vez cercano.
El buffet, para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, bastante correcto. Un poquito mas pobre en la comida, pero desayuno y cena bien, con fruta fresca abundante.

Cons:

Pasé frío en el hotel. El aire acondicionado funciona solo para enfriar, no para calentar y la temperatura exterior no supera los 20-21 grados, bajando a 14-15 por la noche, por lo que la habitación estaba fria para mi. Me ofrecieron alquilar un calefactor, que aunque tuve que pagarlo, por supuesto lo alquilé.
El agua de la piscina que se supone "climatizada en invierno"... yo diria que no. Estaba fria como un cuerno. Los jacuzzis helados, nadie los utilizaba, normal, un jacuzzi tiene que estar calentito, si no, en vez de relax parece un castigo

Bella struttura vicina al mare
Pros:

La struttura è ben tenuta, pulita e confrotevole. La camera arredata moderna. Le piscine e il servizio bar ottimo. La cena a buffet ben fornita di tutto.
