Ubicación muy buena a pie de playa y no tan turístico.
Lo mejor la atención de los profesionales muy atentos y simpáticos
Las cenas, nos quedamos en media pensión y el desayuno muy bien, pero las cenas con poca variedad y la calidad de la comida algo baja, teniendo en cuenta el precio de la estancia del hotel
Sehr gut geführtes Hotel! Überall ist es sehr sauber! Zimmer snd sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Buffet ist sehr umfangreich und die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt mit direktem Zugang zum feinen Sandstrand. Es gibt auch genug kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Hotel.
Minimale Sache: das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr klein geraten! Sonst alles super !

El check in lo hicimos como a las 18:00 de la tarde y al día siguiente, a las 12:00 entregamos las llaves de la habitación haciendo el check out en tiempo y forma
Le preguntamos a esta señorita q si podíamos disfrutar de las instalaciones, solo piscina, la comida la pagaríamos nosotros y nos dijo q teníamos q pagar 15€ cada uno, además de una manera no muy agradable..
Teniendo en cuenta q el check in lo hicimos casualmente con ella también, conocía nuestra hora de entrada, podría haber sido más flexible
Uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Vlak bij Maspalomas maar toch ver genoeg weg van de drukte. Leuke zwembaden en poolbar.
Kamers waren niet goed geïsoleerd. Als de terrasdeur bij de buren opging, leek het alsof ze in onze kamer stonden. We hoorden de buurvrouw zelfs een kleerhanger uit de kast nemen.

La nevera de la habitación estaba totalmente vacía. No había ni agua.
Absolutely loved this place. It was nice and modern and totally spotless. The Staff are amazing and so helpful. The food wasn't a large selection like some all-inclusive hotels but what you got was well good and very tasty. Perfect location right next to the beach. Not a lot going on around outside of the Hotel but for me that wasn't a problem. Will definitely be looking to head back here in the near future.

La zona de piscina, mucho cloro, hasta el punto que me queme la piel... aparte el agua helada... la comida del buffet, poca variedad...las camas superduras...
La habitación, el desayuno y la ubicación al lado de la playa
Tiene naturaleza verde y la limpieza . El espectáculo de noche con violín estuvo muy bien
Hay cosas que no están incluidas en la carta teniendo un todo incluido. Comida muy repetida y falta de ciertos alimentos como yogur. Los cocktailes casi de sobre y no incluye todo tipo de bebidas. Ei café no podía ser de cápsulas sino de la máquina estándar. Hubo una camarera en piscina rubia y ojos azules súper amable y servicial pero otra morena súper borde cuando le hacía preguntas de por qué no ponía café de cápsulas. No nos dejaron quedar en piscina tras Ia salida de Ia habitación, sí no pagabas 15€ por persona y éso sólo para quedarte sin comida (sí era con comida pagabas 35€ por persona)
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area always had enough places to lie down (we were there in early September). Furthermore the hotel is situated on a beautiful beach with a long seafront ideal for walks or jogging. Finally a good small supermarket and a public bus station with connections to major destinations on the island is situated at just 1-2 minutes walking distance. Overall it is a great place to relax and not have to think about anything.
The buffet food was okay for a 3-star hotel. There were always fries and meat at dinner to guarantee that everyone finds something they like. That being said don’t expect the food to be a “main attraction” at the hotel.
I missed fresh, not-overly-oily veggie options for dinner.
