Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön inklusive der Zimmer. Das Essen war sehr gut, Frühstück und Abendessen. Die komplette Anlage ist sauber. Der Strand ist direkt am Hotel. Am Pool gab es ausreichend Liegen.

Cons:

Leider kam in den letzten 3 Tagen meines Aufenthaltes Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer, das war schon sehr störend.

Buena estancia y estupendo desayuno
Pros:

El desayuno lo mejor. La habitación era grande y estaba decorada con un estilo marinero muy bonita. La cama era también muy cómoda. Cerca de algunas de las mejores playas como Maspalomas y Playa del inglés.

Cons:

El baño se podría mejorar un poco, el agua se sale por debajo de la cortina y hay poca iluminación.

Estancia buena con matices
Pros:

La habitación era práctica, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas y el baño estaba bien equipado.
La comida del restaurante era variada y estaba buena.

Cons:

El personal del restaurante estaría saturado, pero tardaban mucho en recoger los platos de las mesas.
Una noche me manché y pedí una toallita o algo para limpiar la mancha y no tenían nada, es más, parecía que no sabían lo que les estaba pidiendo.
El último día preguntamos si nos podíamos quedar en la piscina después del check out y nos lo denegaron, pero a un matrimonio sí les dejaron. Cuando preguntamos el motivo nos dijeron simplemente que no, porque al ser residentes en la isla nos teníamos que ir, que si fuera que tenemos que hacer tiempo para ir al aeropuerto sí nos hubiésemos podido quedar. Nos pareció un sinsentido.

Buena calidad precio pero ruidoso
Pros:

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La relación calidad precio lo hace muy competitivo con los de su alrededor. Y el acceso directo a la playa, maravilloso.

Cons:

Tendrían que invertir en aislamiento acústico en las habitaciones, se oye todo. El gimnasio es muy pequeño y tiene máquinas algo antiguas.

Staff are exceptional. Food was repetitive.
Pros:

Good location in terms of access to the beach and distance from the airport. The staff here were exceptional.

Cons:

A little bit dated. The food was very average. I asked for a quiet room on my request and unfortunately I could hear the elevators all night long and also hear the other guests in the bathroom. The walls are thin.

Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub hier. Man hat sich so wohl gefühlt und wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Ein schönes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer.
Das Essen war immer hervorragend. Für jeden etwas dabei.
Es gab immer genug Liegen und niemand hatte das Gefühl man müsste morgens erstmal Liegen reservieren. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist auch modern und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Am Allerbesten gefallen hat uns die süße Hotelkatze, die viele Gäste hier erfreut hat :)

Cons:

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und eigentlich gibt es auch gar nichts zu kritisieren.. das einzige was auffiel war, dass sich das Personal hinter der Theke manchmal etwas Zeit gelassen hat beziehungsweise nicht nach der Reihe bedient hat, sondern nach Zufallsprinzip.
Aber das ist nur ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt :)

Naprosto vyjímečné vše. Ubytování, všude čisto, výběr jídel všeho možného druhu, nejvíce jsem ocenila jogurty, ovoce, zeleninu, ryby, čerstvé saláty, sýry, výborná káva. Nikde žádné fronty. Milí a usměvaví zaměstnanci, vždy ochotni pomoci. Nádherné bazény a lehátka u nich. Promenáda vedoucí až na jih ostrova. Nádherný a fascinující oceán. Moc jsem si dovolenou užila, děkuji za vše a vrátím se v budoucnu. děkuji :-)

Nic mě nenapadá. vše bylo perfektní.

La comida increíble y las piscinas también, aunque haga un poco de viento en las piscinas siempre se está súper a gusto😍

Cons:

Que tengamos que pagar 15€ por persona para poder quedarnos una tarde más :( pero por poner algo, fue una experiencia muy buena.
