Pros:

Emplacement assez tranquille , le personnel assez aimable en général, la propreté de la chambre , et bien équipé pour un hotel 3 étoiles

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié , c'est que j'avais bien averti la réception que j'arrivais à 14 heures , arrive a cette heure ci aux environs de 14h30 ma chambre n'était pas prête , on ne m'a remis ma chambre que vers 15h30 , j'ai donc demandé à la réceptionniste de me prêter une serviette de bain pour que je puisse aller sur un transat en attendant car je voulais profiter de la piscine . C'est juste cela qui m'a un peu chiffoné , j'ai l'habitude d'aller au corralium dunamar a playa del inglés dans la même île de gran canaria et cela ne se passe pas comme ça ils sont bcp plus ponctuels .
Dans l'ensemble la nourriture est correcte mais peut faire , bcp de nourritures industrielles .

La ubicación, el personal y el buffet del desayuno, la piscina está bastante bien también

Cons:

Lo encuentro un poco caro la relación calidad precio, es dificilísimo aparcar, la habitación me pareció pequeña y el bar de la piscina tiene poco personal y se tarda mucho en cola

Habitaciones y espacios comunes muy limpios. Buen desayuno. Buen trato por parte del personal. Al lado de la playa.

Cons:

En la reserva nos ponía que tenían parking disponible y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba en obras, nos deberían de haber avisado antes de llegar al alojamiento. Por otro lado, al hacer el check out, no te dejan pasar el día en la piscina, a no ser que pagues 15€ pp.

Over expectations, worth for money and superb healthy coach
Pros:

Quiet and well maintained location by a clean black sandy beach with beach promenade up to Maspalomas. The energetic healthy coach kept us occupied with fantastic activities like beach walks in the morning, stretching exercises, water gymnastics and games in the afternoon made the stay extra exciting and enjoyable. A big thank you to you and Jodi who assisted you😍😍Every room with sea view from balcony and good room service. Friendly staff, good restaurant with buffet with a wide range of food options. Dinner with different themes every evening: Mediterranean, Asian, Indian, Italian etc. Lovely pool area with lots of sunbathing chairs and poolbar. Very close to busstop Clinic Rocka, bus line 1, 5, 30, super market and hospital. 20 minutes taxi ride to airport. There is a small supermarket within the hotel premises as well. Lovely live entertainment both in the morning (with harp music for breakfast some days) and after dinner by the pool bar 🤩.

Cons:

Had to pay for water and hot drinks for dinner if half board. AC in the room was low.

Für einmal wars schön
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Strand. Personal rund um die Anlage und besonders an der Reception und die Küchenchefs immer sehr freundlich. Abwechselndes Essen. Einrichtung und sauberkeit der öffentlichen Bereiche sehr schön. Es wirkt gepflegt. Sehr leckerer Sangria. Zum Frühstück kann man für 4 Euro 4dl richtig guten, frisch gepressten Orangensaft dazubekommen.

Cons:

Teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten für die Getränkebestellung im Restaurant. Ein Teil des Personals im Restaurant mässig freundlich. Essensqualität für diesen All-Inclusive Preis etwas fade. Katastrophal ist die Kaffeebrühe aus dem Nestleautomaten. Geniessbarer Kaffee kann für 2.50 trotz All Inclusive erworben werden. Das selbe mit den Cocktails. Zimmerreinigung misserabel. Haare auf dem WC, Spiegel nach der Reinigung dreckiger als vorher. Haben es einmal an der Reception gesagt, wurde gleich behoben. Die nächsten Tage, war es trotzdem wieder versaut

No me gusto que a la 7 de la mañana ya se reservaran las hamacas de la piscina, incomprensible para un hotel de este tipo only adults, vergonzoso y que el hotel no haga nada.Ascensores al llegar que no funcionaba uno en los primeros dias avisé y me dijeron que no lo sabian...
Me dieron una habitación que sobre el papel es del tipo contratado pero no igual que lo publicado en fotos de la web.
