Important information:

Pets are allowed under request for an extra cost of EUR 10 per day. 2 dog max per room.

Rooms aren't equipped with Air Conditioner.

This property is a self-check-in, and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Décevant et mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La localisation proche des montagnes.
L'employée qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une suite et on s'est retrouvé dans un pool house face à l'entrée du bâtiment et du chemin donc à la vue de tout le monde avec des simples vitrages sur toute la longueur du logement. Les portes n'étaient pas close de nombreuses fourmies dans le logement. Aucun arrangement possible, pas de changement de chambre , pas de remboursement. Et surtout aucune communication. Une belle anarque. Attention à ce que vous réservez car les photos ne correspondent pas.
Personne pour nous accueillir, les clés sont dans une boite
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible sauf les œufs proposée par l'employée.
La piscine n'est pas chauffée.
Le village est très isolé sans repas possible, la voiture est nécessaire pour tout.
Aucune explication ni utilisation possible pour le sauna et jaccuzi.
Personne ne réponds et aucun retour lors de nos plaintes.
Bref passer votre chemin.

Un remanso de paz ideal para desconectar.
Pros:

El entorno es súper tranquilo. Las habitaciones geniales ( Suite Junior).
La zona de la piscina bien cuidada y relajante.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama convendría cambiarlo, está un poco vencido y la espalda lo paga. Marilin es un encanto.

Pros:

El alojamiento es impresionante. Una gran mansión convertida en hotel con muchísimos espacios para poder conectar con uno mismo. El personal muy servicial, muy atento y sobre todo muy cercano.
En cuanto a su régimen de comida, tanto desayuno como cena han sido algo inconmensurable. En especial la cena, donde la cantidad y calidad se asemeja a cualquier restaurante de reconocido prestigio. Un auténtico paraíso gastronómico como ambiental.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, gardens were lovely and enjoyed the breakfast. We booked the cheapest room but it was worth upgrading to the next size not much more and much more spacious. The nearby Cantina was excellent to eat at which was very close by though closes at 6pm.

Cons:

Very narrow track to reach entrance, short but a bit of putting until we got inside which was lovely.

Quiet hotel in the centre of the island
Pros:

Great location if you want to stay away from the busy, noisy tourist resorts. Good breakfast (11 Euro extra charge so not cheap).

Cons:

Dinner on first night was disappointed so we did eat dinner only once, there is very limited option to eat out, one restaurant 10 min walk from the hotel but closes quite early. Few min drive to the town of San Mateo for more restaurant options.

Nice relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

Nice building (old farm?) and nice gardens.
Staff was nice.
Breakfast was good and it was possible to order dinner (set menu).

Cons:

Probably impossible to get there if you don't have your own car.
The staff was nice but, maybe because it was low season, the reception was always closed. We only saw the staff at breakfast and dinner. Check in is with instructions sent by text message explaining where to find the key to your room, etc.
