No había personal ninguno.
Staff were lovely, gardens were lovely and enjoyed the breakfast. We booked the cheapest room but it was worth upgrading to the next size not much more and much more spacious. The nearby Cantina was excellent to eat at which was very close by though closes at 6pm.
Very narrow track to reach entrance, short but a bit of putting until we got inside which was lovely.
Very pretty and remote. The staff were really lovely and helpful
Breakfast was varied and tasty.'
The host was very friendly.
The room was large and comfortable.
No real views from the hotel.
The vilage is very, very small, so maybe too isolated.
A bit pricy.
nice location, great coffee, super friendly staff.
furnishings of the suite, bathroom, shower was not very hot
Great location if you want to stay away from the busy, noisy tourist resorts. Good breakfast (11 Euro extra charge so not cheap).
Dinner on first night was disappointed so we did eat dinner only once, there is very limited option to eat out, one restaurant 10 min walk from the hotel but closes quite early. Few min drive to the town of San Mateo for more restaurant options.
Nice building (old farm?) and nice gardens.
Staff was nice.
Breakfast was good and it was possible to order dinner (set menu).
Probably impossible to get there if you don't have your own car.
The staff was nice but, maybe because it was low season, the reception was always closed. We only saw the staff at breakfast and dinner. Check in is with instructions sent by text message explaining where to find the key to your room, etc.
Room style is very authentic, location is what you would expect from counryside, beautiful garden, wild life is very close.
The shower pressure was very low
The staff seemed friendly, but…
The bed sheets had insects, humidity on the walls and a dirty towel was left in the bath tube as we checked in…
Other rooms within the complex did not smell very well (no fresh air).
We decided not to stay and booked another hotel.
This place was wonderful. We were slightly cautious over recent reviews but not any issues for us. Heating and hot water was great, couldn't hear other guests. (We were in room 3). Breakfast was brilliant and everything else was perfect. An ideal location for hiking. We'll be back.
Nice place in a small village in the mountains. Parking, closed property, old and beautiful buildings, garden with swimming pool and relaxing areas. Honesty bar and fireplace. Nice breakfast in the dining room and patio. colonisl style. Nice place for mountain walks.Helpful staff. She had a lot to do and was extremely busy, but introdused us to all the facilities.
We did not have hot water in the bathroom and the room was chilly, but with heating during the evening. Not in the bathroom. It was ok during the night, but cold in the morning with only 8 degrees outside.
