Fabulous hotel. Amazing people. Super clean. Apartment was massive with fabulous views. Will definitely return.

We are just ready to leave the patio suite hotel and we was pleasantly surprised . The hotel is lovely and clean and the rooms are absolutely huge and cleaned every day with fresh towels every day. All the staff restaurant and bar staff down to the cleaners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is lovely there's something for everyone. We was worried that the hotel is a little distance away to the main town of albufeira but our worry was short lived as there in a complimentary shuttle bus that takes you down everyday which was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday just to chill out and relax this hotel is for you. We will be back. Many thanks to everyone at the patio suites.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel visited for my Wife Julie's 68th birthday. Staff excellent very attentive and friendly. Hotel very clean and well set out. Room very spacious with everything in it for the perfect holiday .Food was excellent special mention for the Breakfast the best we have had on an all inclusive anywhere we have been great staff in the restaurant. Drinks at the bar are of an excellent standard. Would be very happy to come back to this Hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a first class service

We were delighted with our stay at The Patio Suite. Our room, actually suite, was spacious, clean and well equipped. The restaurant served a wide range of food to cater for all tastes and there was entertainment in the bar most evenings. The location may not be to everyone's tastes as there is not that much around there but we walked to the beach several times and did a longer walk all the way along the beach into Vilamoura. The hotel provides free shuttle bus transfers to local places of interest. The staff at The Patio Suite get a special thank you from us. We had the misfortune to suffer a medical emergency with hospital stay during our trip. The staff went above and beyond to help ensure that a traumatic situation was made as bearable as possible. The kindness and professionalism we were shown was very much appreciated. Also, our wonderful Jet2 rep who did everything possible to help us get through the situation and back home safely.

Second time at this hotel and its still got its charm.
The local area is very quite, some great walks from the doorstep. Several good places to eat locally and two good supermarkets.
The hotel provides a shuttle service, in march 26 it was to Olhuas de agua and Albufeira a few times per day. On Wednesday Mar shopping mall. Saturdays Loule market. All free but the last two need booking.
The rooms are great. We stayed in 221, lovely double balcony overlooking Pine cliffs football pitch. It also overlooked the road so there was a bit of noise when sat out. Good cooking facilities we eat in twice, ready made lasagne an frozen chips and salad from supermarket prepared no problem. Good size fridge. FREE safe hire and free pool towels.
My only moan is the TV only has (in English) BBC world news, CNN and sky news. As we were out of season some extra english channels would have been nice, Having said that the wifi was fairly fast (35mbs) so with a VPN you could watch BBC1 ITV etc on your phone. Most football matches shown in the bar.
All in all a great stay. We went with easy jet from Liverpool. Took off at 07.00 and in the room by 11.10 (private transfer).

This hotel was lovely. The staff are truly amazing. Our cleaner was such a lovely girl too.
Cleanliness is first class and the rooms are very spacious. You have the option to upgrade from self catering to all inclusive. We paid 40 euros per person per day, which was well worth it. Everything is well presented and although it's a bit remote, their is a bus supplied by the hotel to get you around. The driver is very kind. Ubers are very reasonable.
Food is a bit different on occasions, but give it a try. All in all, we would definitely return. Restaurant staff are amazing, and very attentive. I would return just for the lovely people. Albufeira old town is nice.
We did visit the Strip in the new town at Oura beach and it was very run down and quite unsafe to walk on. Very much in need of updating and was very disappointing.

We booked this very last minute and when we arrived we were thrilled. Every team member we encountered was excellent and the service was perfect with everyone that we encountered. The reception, bar and restaurant areas are beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was enormous, so much space and nicely decorated, the bathrooms are maybe a little dated but are not horrible and are large and we had no issue, this is me being really picky. We went all inclusive and found it to be excellent, you can get food at pretty much any time throughout the day. We really liked that the all inclusive wasn’t 40 different choices and this meant the food was fresh and tasty alongside a great salad selection and the pizzas are unreal. The drinks menu for all inclusive wasn’t excellent. The beach nearby is lovely and there is plenty of free parking at the hotel including an electric car charging point which we needed. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Lovely apartments, everything you need for a relaxing stay. A good pool area with plenty of sun loungers.
A good selection of restaurants and supermarkets very close by. Easy and ample car parking.

Hotel was very nice to stay in. Transfer takes approximately 30 minutes from Faro. We had 2 x Apartments. 1 x Double Bed, 1 x Twin & Sofa Bed. Spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. We were all inclusive the food had good variation each night. Breakfast there was hot and cold foods. All were well served. Staff were excellent. Plenty of golf courses around. Pine Cliff is across the street.
We played The Faldo and O’Connor courses at the Amendoeria Resort. Takes approximately 30 minutes to get there.
Free minibus into Albufeira if you want to go out sightseeing.
Overall the 8 of us had a great time.

Very great hotel! Not the standard all inclusive you might know. Food healthy and good variety. Staff was very helpfull (especially the 2 guys at the reception) . lots of lounges to sit and have a drink or play a boordgame. The free daily shuttle was very nice. Spacious and clean appartments. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

This was our first time at this Hotel.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I loved that some felt comfortable enough to engage humour into our conversations.
The rooms (1 bed stndrd) were clean, and comfortable.
The kitchen was appropriately stocked if you want to cook on-site. Of note: Housekeeping does not clean dishes, so bring some dishwashing liquid and cloth as that is not supplied.
The bedroom is a good size and has 2 single beds, individually made, and pushed together. I initially thought they were firm, but we slept wonderfully.
The bathroom is a good size with shower, toilet and bidet. Towels are wonderfully soft and fluffy. If you like a facecloth, best to bring one as they are not provided.
There are several lovely meeting/relaxing spaces, with access to the bar. Enjoyed by many.
The 2 pools looked lovely; the weather was a little chilly when we were there to use. One pool is warmed to about 73 degrees.
The hotel is very close to a beach; a ten minute walk or 3 minute drive. Parking is limited, so walking may be a better idea. There are many restaurants in the area, that are walkable as well.
Ice is only available at the Bar, and limited.
There isn't a shuttle to the Faro airport, but they are able to book external transportation for you for about 45 euros, plus an extra 10 if it is very early in the morning (5:30am - 9am flight)
Orange trees are everywhere; they are so juicy and sweet. A must to have!
Overall, was a great experience!

Just returned from the Patio suites and had the best time! The food was excellent and the drinks were fabulous (especially the wine) The dining room is like a top class restaurant and the staff are amazing, Elisebet made sure we were looked after and kept our glasses full and never stops working!
The pool bar has a great ambience and Marisa is the perfect barkeeper who makes a great cocktail.
The suites are huge and have everything you need if you decided to go self catering, the beds are also super comfy. You can walk to the beach which is about 15 minutes away and well worth it and there is a regular free bus to Albufeira which is about 30 minutes away.
Overall the staff are some of the best and happiest we've encountered and are a credit to the hotel, special thanks to Melissa who keeps the entertainment flowing from yoga to afternoon walks and language sessions! And the Wonderful Khrystyna
(cake and chocs) who seems to be everywhere at once making sure everything is fine and always finds time to talk to guests, she will definitely own a hotel of her own one day.

Fine if you want an ultra quiet hotel with no entertainment or groups wanting a laugh or a good time.
Management stuck in the dark ages, we were a large group of golfers, trip spoilt by not being able to have a presentation on last night, frowned upon for wanting to enjoy ourselves.
Not recommended
