Pros:

A lot, it was a very nice destination, the design and balcony were brilliant and loved the view of the beach from our room.

Cons:

The bed was awful. Did not enjoy sleeping in the bed at all, left my lower back stiff and needing a lot of walking to help my back out. Also the buffet grill was great but the food was mediocre for the price. Preferred the food from the bar.

Fantastic Hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We have just returned from a wonderful week and were highly impressed with our stay here. There was a wide variety of food and drinks available for our All inclusive package, all of good quality and alot of branded spirits. We had a lovely room with fantastic sea and pool views, a great place to watch the sunrise on a morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good throughout, yes, there were a few stains on the carpets near the lifts, but this was only noticed on the short walk to the lifts and didn't detract from the overall standard of the hotel. We found the hotel perfectly situated,a pleasant 20 minute stroll from the marina or 30 minutes from Estepona centre. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to help. All in all a truly memorable holiday, looking forward to returning in the future.

Angenehmer und schöne Aufenthalt mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten
Pros:

Das ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal ist wirklich besonders herauszustellen. Unsere Junior Suite Ocean war ausgesprochen schön mit einem tollen Blick über den Pool auf´s Meer. Die Menüauswahl ebenfalls sehr gut. Fantastisch war das Fachpersonal im SPA-Bereich, in dem wir uns zwei Massagen gegönnt haben.

Cons:

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, fielen drei Dinge auf: Wir haben die schwarze Kaffeemaschine erst einmal vom Staub befreit. Die TV-Fernbedienung mussten wir mit einem Desinfektionstuch reinigen. In der Dusche haben wir Haarreste aus den Ecken weggespült. Es tut mir leid, das sagen zu müssen, aber das Restaurant hat das Flair einer Kantine. Tisch an Tisch und der Lärmpegel ist enorm. Grund: Es gibt im Saal zwei abgeteilte Bereiche, in denen das Personal das gesamte Geschirr sortiert, um es dann auf Servierwagen in die Küche zu fahren. Dieser Krach ist unerträglich. Wir haben dann unser Abendessen in ein Lunch umgewandelt, und sind Abends ausgegangen. Das Frühstück haben wir stattdessen in dem sehr schönen Poolrestaurant eingenommen, mit Buffet sowie á la carte und persönlicher Bedienung. Hat zwar extra gekostet, aber dafür war es wirklich ein riesiger Qualitätsunterschied. Das bekommt man übrigens als PRIVILEGE-Gast inklusive. Für´s nächste Mal wissen wir das. Da wir aus jeder Situation versuchen, das Beste zu machen und nicht gleich wegen jeder Kleinigkeit ausrasten, war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm und schön.

lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel set in a great location. Plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the sun and a nice indoor bar for the evening with entertainment. I used the gym which was also a nice extra and ate in the restaurant one of the nights which was lovely.

Cons:

The indoor pool cost extra to use and the balcony for the room was overlooking building work and completly undercover so there was no sun on it.

Beautiful hotel in an exceptional location. Recommended
Pros:

Location is fab, walking distance to the town, on the beach. My suite was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Lack of Spanish food. I'd love to see some tapas for when we have drinks. Some local cuisine - enpanadas or tortillas. Estepona is beautiful, spread the local vibe please.

Lovely visit to Estepona and hotel
Pros:

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I found the bed in my room to be a little too firm and housekeeping put a mattress pad on it which made it more comfortable for me. The buffets in the restaurant were huge and there was something available for everyone's taste.

Ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden en mooie badkamer. En er zat een ruim balkon met zeezicht bij. Ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid.

Cons:

Het is best een stukje van Estepona (wat wij vooraf wisten). Om ergens heen te gaan heb je een auto nodig.
Voor binnenzwembad en sauna betaal je.

It is what it is.
Pros:

H 10 is a typical costa resort style hotel. No complaints about room and location.
Buffet style evening meal was fine, with plenty of choice. The chicken and / or fish could be griddle cooked in front of you, and always looked fresh, as were the salads. Breakfast in the "privilege" restaurant was consistently good and the staff excellent.
The "privilege" upgrade was worth it for us , with access to quieter semi private facilities and to a self service bar with a fair selection.
The privilege booking also provided one visit to the spa, which was very dark, and a bit of a flashback to the 1980's (when it was probably built). Paid entry is €25 , which we thought seriousy overpriced, and did not re visit.
Two comments /complaints.
1. Badly stained carpets all along our floor (6) which looked like spilt bleach or poor cleaning of other spillages.
2. "Customer services" for us was not a good experience. On arrival we went to the desk labelled "privilege check in". The staff member sat there, who turned out to be customer services rather than check in told us she was unable to check us in and directed us to the main check in desk, where there was a queue. And wasn't very polite about it. Subsequently another "customer services" person said she could not make a booking for us at the spa, and could not phone down to them. We were advised to email them! Not very good customer service.
