The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great - a short walk to beach clubs or a five minute drive into Estepona city.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, oberste Etage mit Blick über die Bucht bis nach Gibraltar. Der Hotelbau hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.
Dir beiden unterschiedlich temperierten Pools waren groß und schön. Im allgemeinen waren wenig Leute im Wasser und man konnte gut schwimmen.

We visited this hotel for the first time. The staff were lovely and so friendly. All rooms were spotless and a good selection of food on offer.
The hotel is approximately 1.5 miles from Estepona Old Town which is well worth a visit. In fact we walked there every day except one.

Staff where 100% available and friendly, room was so open and fresh never felt to hot or to cold,

Pleasantly surprised at this large hotel based on some of the reviews - an older building kept spotlessly clean - our room was immaculate and a mini suite with views over the sea and nespresso machine and complimentary water and chocolates every day . The pool area is extensive and there were no lounger wars- plenty room for all with lots of choice of either sea facing of pool facing seating. For us location was perfect - 20 min walk to marina for a number of restaurant , and a further 20 min to the old town - there is also an efficient bus service and or bolt and taxis. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And the cocktails were …. Memorable!
( we came with Jet 2 and their representative Eve was great and very knowledgeable)

Really lovely hotel, stayed here for my minimoon trip and it was exactly what we needed. Very chilled out, nice walk along the water (15/20mins) into the marina area.

We recently returned from a thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the Estepona Palace with Jet2. We stayed all inclusive in one of the privilege rooms, which is our usual holiday option.
We didnt feel that the hotel is more of. Good 4* than luxe due to stains on the carpet's in the room corridors, some of the room furniture needing to be updated and a couple of the privilege extras not quite in line with those at other hotels we have stayed at. However, none of this spoilt our holiday and we would definitely recommend and stay at the Estepona Palace again. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The hotel, dining area and in particular our room were all very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and chocolates each day, along with a sunbed and parasol on our balcony. The view from our balcony across the sea to Gibraltar was an added plus for us as was the quiet location of the hotel and the walk via the marina into Estepona.
The reason for rating our hotel experience 5 stars is due to the hotel fully catered for my food allergies, which at other hotels hasn’t always happened, resulting in meal times becoming stressful. I emailed my difficulties in advance and this was discussed with me when we booked in. The first evening a chef and a member of the waiting staff spoke to me about my allergies, resulting in there being choices for me at every meal. For the sweet course in the evening a special dish was made and bought to my table as soon as I was ready, often without having to ask.

Excellent beachfront hotel. Plenty of variety in the ALBORAN buffet restaurant. Cool vibes at Chill Out Bar with very tasty tapas and nice mojitos. Very attentive staff throughout the hotel especially waiter Antonio at THALASSA Restaurant. Thank you to the Reception team for our room upgrade with stunning sea views.

Very quiet location, a good thing in our opinion. We had a Junior Suite, (for a special birthday), which was spacious, clean and comfortable enjoying sea views towards Gibraltar.
We had complimentary chocolates and bottles of water every day and a bottle of bubbly and even more chocs on the special day.
We enjoyed quiet beachfront walks left and right of the hotel, a regular bus service to Estepona is just outside the hotel.
We felt the private beach could have been more utilized, providing loungers and umbrellas.
The reception staff were helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in particular Diego (many thanks).
The hotel grounds were nothing short of spectacular in the evenings.
A good variety of food,

Jet2 have this listed as a luxe hotel well we have just arrived home on the 10th and no way is it. Started of ok great reception area nice greeting and easy check in. Then things change in hoovered corridor's carpets dirty and bleach stained, rooms ok but tired . First evening meal we paid for drinks with card . The reception staff were pushing to use the wallet on the wrist band so we loaded 100 euros. The next night we went to pay with the wallet and the waitress said perfecto she then came back and shouted across 2 tables , you have no credit people were looking so we explained we had 100 euros so she scanned again and said ok . We went to the counter to fetch food, next thing she has followed us and once again through other customers shouted you have no credit,it was so rude and embarrassing she dashed off to a manager they were both pointing at us . The manager came and ok you have credit the staff don't understand this new system we only started it yesterday. During the course of our stay we heard and saw others having the same problem and each time the manager explaining we only started this today. We complained to the hotel manager who just said that system has been running for two years, no apologies. The location is good although isolated. The pool area is ok strange the main pool doesn't open until 11 am and shuts at 5pm . The pool area is not cleaned very well and the sun beds are grubby. No way would we use this hotel again. Also most of the staff are unfriendly and grumpy.

Just returned home after a relaxing 10 days at the hotel.
As soon as i entered the building I was impressed by the spacioue foyer and plenty of seating. Saw cleaning staff frequently during our stay.
Room was good with sea view. It was cleaned daily.
2 pools were excellent as were the surrounding gardens. Usually no difficulty in getting sunbeds. Tito and Luis of the animation team worked hard to provide aqua aerobics, archery,boules, yoga, spanish lessons ete to those guests who wished to participate.
Plenty of food choices in buffet style restaurant. Hard working restaurant staff but occasional delays in clearing tables from previos diners.
Disappointing that 3 showers near the pool were not working but several others were.
Half hourly bus service E 1 into town about a mile away or 30 minutes walk along promenade.
Over all a very good hotel . I will return and recommend it to you.

The Estepona Palace is a gorgeous hotel. Stayed here early June 2026. Just a few points to mention 1. The superior room 565 which we had was what we would have called a good standard room. 2. The shower in the bath was okay but quite dangerous getting in & out. 3. The tag they put on your wrist on arrival is not acceptable. We were bed & breakfast and actually asked for this to be removed on day one (we couldn't remove it ourselves, staff had to cut the band) 4. Hotel is quite far out. The local bus runs every 20 mins so we used this in the evenings to eat out at the port. All in all a really lovely hotel (buffet breakfast was first class with an amazing selection). Just a few things that need to be addressed in my opinion.

Rooms were cleaned every day and reception kept very tidy and check-in was easy. Pool area was nice however think the pool staff should do more to keep the area tidy in the day . Unfortunately this hotel does nothing to prevent beds round the pool been reserved with the towels been put out before breakfast and a lot of the beds not being used till later in the day. Stayed with H10 hotel in Benidorm they removed towels if left out . As for the cleanliness around the rest of hotel carpet looked terrible in the corridors with stains all over plus always looked dirty as the colour shows all the bits however staff did clean them. Restaurant and bars kept clean apart from when they were under staffed and could not clear items from the tables quite enough.
Used the spa it was lovely managed to chill out . Didn’t use the gym but looked nice and quiet.
Negative points
Construction work going on just down the road from the hotel and could be heard round the pool area. Have informed TUI of this . Didn’t let that stop us relaxing and never did the work start early morning.
Warning we had on two separate occasions charges to our room adding over a hundred euros . Reported this and was told they would look into this as the charges were all of what appeared to be a lot of drinks for just the two of us plus food was on the bill olives and hummus which neither my husband or I eat.
Mistakes happen but I have had emails ignored and no one has been untouched as promised.
We feel very silly for not checking and trusting the hotel. Travel abroad regularly and never had issues before.
Had a nice holiday but feel let down by H10 for ignoring the issue raised. Would have stayed again next year or at another H10 hotel as the one in Benidorm is lovely however will avoid all H10 hotels now.
