Pros:

This lovely hotel is in an amazing location and everything about our stay was great. The house keeping staff deserve a very special thank you from us. I left a pair of diamond earrings in the room when I left by accident. They found them for me and kindly arranged the return for me. Such kindness ❤️

Cons:

On our first morning we were fairly late for breakfast and the selection was lacking a little, however thereafter we were earlier and everything was spot on! Perhaps our fault 😊

Schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Haben uns spontan für die Unterkunft entschieden. Alles richtig gemacht. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Zimmer mit Meerblick in der obersten Etage. Toll.

Cons:

Großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Schöner Pool und gutes Essen. Halbpension lohnt sich. Estepona Zentrum ist fussläufig 20 Min. entfernt.

Prima break aan het strand
Pros:

Direct aan zee, ruime kamer, we hadden een junior suite

Cons:

De kamer stond geregeld naar frituur, waarschijnlijk zat er iets niet helemaal goed met de keuken afvoer. Ontbijt was van matige kwaliteit, zeker voor 4 sterren. Bedden zijn hard maar dat is ook een kwestie van voorkeur

Schönes Hotel am Meer
Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes stilvolles Hotel direkt am Strand. Wir waren in der 5 Etage und hatten einen herrlichen Meerblick.
Toll, dass unser Sohn ein richtiges Zustellbett im Familienzimmer hatte und nicht nur das Ausziehsofa.
Ein riesen Plus ist die schöne Promenande, man kann bis Estepona laufen. Bis zum Hafen 1,5 km und zur Altstadt 2,5.
Sehr fein fanden wir beim Essen die Möglichkeit sich morgens Eier und abends frischen Fisch anbraten zu lassen.

Cons:

Es wurde auf der Internetseite damit geworben, dass es ein Fahrradhotel sein.
Leider 2026 nicht mehr. Das war echt ein Minus.
Die warmen Speisen waren dürftig, wenig vegetarisch.

Lovely big pool area. Easy access to beach . Nice size rooms with comfy beds , big bathroom .

Cons:

Buffet breakfast a bit hit and miss. Too many people and not enough staff to maintain a smooth flow. Not walking distance to centre and half hour wait for a taxi on the first evening.

De ligging van het hotel, het zwembad is prachtig en de ligbedden zijn heel goed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is te druk voor zoveel mensen ze hadden te weinig personeel in de ontbijt zaal, en als je hoge bezetting hebt dan moet je meer personeel hebben.

Het bed was slecht wij hadden om twee matrassen gevraagd en kregen weer 1 bed.

El hotel es bonito pero la atención es pésima !

La atención del personal es muy mala en las habitaciones hace muchísimo calor no sirve el aire! No servían los dos ascensores y teníamos que esperar mucho para subir a la habitación. El personal es lo peor que he visto en un hotel. Cuando estaba desayunando una empleada de hizo pararme de una mesa a gritos solo porque me senté en una mesa que supuestamente no se podía sentarse ( y no decía nada ) me interrumpió en pleno desayuno eso no se hace! Me sentí humillada
