Great hotel so much fun for kids. Room was clean, sink a nightmare to drain and the coffee in the hotel is terrible but apart from that amazing would highly recommend

Clean room but would have liked to have lotion in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Carpeting in the halls could use a refresh and a fair bit of banged up walls, scuffed paint.
Front desk staff always very helpful. Great that it was a quick walk to the parks.

Great location. Hotel is modern, quiet and clean. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. We never waited for the breakfast buffet and there is a good selection of food.

We have stayed at Marvel New York twice now but this was the first time in the Empire State Club. Paying extra to do this is well worthwhile for the valet parking and luggage service alone. It means you can drop your car and luggage, go straight to the park and your luggage will be in your room when your room is ready. Likewise, when you check out, you just leave your bags in the room and they take them for you, meaning you can maximise your time in the park on your last day. Breakfast is also less hectic in a private room for Empire State members. The best thing is the complimentary afternoon tea for Empire State members. We didn’t need to purchase lunch as breakfast and afternoon tea were enough to get you through to dinner. Staff were amazing as always. Thank you!

Needs more staff in reception, restaurants and bar/coffee shop. Overall service was helpful but slow. The Disney App is totally useless (e.g. checked-in via the app but still had to wait in line for reception on arrival). Needs a separate "Parks Info Desk" as the check-in staff are bogged down with endless questions about visiting the parks.

Very busyin the main lobby as would be expected, but very quiet in rooms, beautiful scenery and a two minutes walk to Disney village! The skyline bar has very delicious beverages. I would definitely stay again.

Love the ease of the hotel to the Park. The Marvel theme was fabulous. The hotel was very modern and luxurious. Daughter loved seeing all her favorite Marvel characters. Her stay in France was phenomenal

Outstanding service and upgrade was incredibly kind.

It would be a five star but the jacuzzi is NOT really a jacuzzi because the temperature WASN’T hot at all. I was told they keep the temperature around 26-27 at all times. Very sad coz I was looking forward to soak after a long day of walking at the park.

Didnt clean room , The sink was clogged, no water was coming out.

Very convenient and perfect location for the park. We had a room with a terrace which I liked - would def try to book a terrace room so you can have some outdoor space and also a place to let your swimwear dry! Really enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. Was a bit disappointed with breakfast - no omelet station or any fresh egg or waffle/crepe options. And super surprised there is NO free water refill in the lobby. Bar charger 5 euro per small water bottle - on top of such a nice hotel - not having access to free water (especially with hot days at the park) made it feel like they were trying too rip you off. Overall definitely worth it for the park but not a premium experience

We loved staying at the Disney hotel New York- it was clean, breakfast was delicious and excellent location to the Disney village and park!

Amazing hotel and worth every penny. We had a slight issue with the French interpretation of adjoining rooms. They think it meant next to each other whereas we needed them so mum can see kids at all times due to disability of one child. They did sort it and 2 of our rooms were adjoining (conjoined as the French say) they went out of their way to help solve this problem

Loved our stay here! Staff were friendly, theming was on point and the little extras just made our Disney trip
