DONT STAY HERE. Faulse advertising.
Pros:

Location to the beach was good

Cons:

This was false advertising. The pictures on Booking were taken from a few rooms that were remodeled. The pic implied the rooms were all the same. When we got to our room it was outdated by 50 years. The bathroom was disgusting. There were missing doors on the bathroom cabinet w/ exposed plumbing. The bathtub was discolored, outdated and full of mold on the shower curtain. The furniture in the room looked like it came from a garage sale. The TV didn’t work. The blinds were broken. The closet had an old dusty wicker dresser. I paid $600 for 1 night expecting the nice remolded rooms shown in the pic. The hotel is disputing my claim but look at the pictures below and compare to what the represent on Booking. This is a scam.

There were a number of significant drawbacks.
Pros:

One of the people at the reception desk, Bud, was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was a very strong odor of marijuana in the bathroom. The odor came and went, so someone close by must have been smoking it several times a day.
The other guy at reception insulted my wife by saying that the hotel did not accept prostitutes. My wife felt terribly disrespected, and she is still livid five days later.

For last minute book in, the price was alright, expected for some amenities to work such as ac unit and shower tub

This hotel was amazing and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the island.
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel the desk clerks Denise and Sam were amazing. Always helpful and friendly people. The room was spacious and clean.

Hotel way over priced. Cute hotel for young people.
Pros:

Booking.com never mentioned the hotel didn't have an elevator nor ocean view. We came home with swollen knees and aching backs. For the cost of the hotel, Breakfast was way over rat rated. Coffee n bagel "Really ". We liked nothing

Cons:

No Elevator, View of neighbors wall and windows , Broken Window Blinds, very stuffy rooms. No ventilation because A/C was difficult to operate. No wifi. TV with two remotes.

Totally pleasant stay
Pros:

Location was excellent, service great, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

Continental breakfast was good but could have had a bit more. But grateful they did have something. Coffee was delightful

Family friendly with an amazing staff and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome and well stocked with an attentive person. Honestly the staff was top tier. We will stay here again and recommend everyone we know to as well. It was very nice.

Cons:

I am wracking my brain but honestly it was such a pleasant experience I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
